That's assuming that all those planes were carrying apple phones which isn't true. Likelihood is probably several positions on a few planes daily.

Well those are the ones on the flightaware iphone 7.

There are still a boatload of phones that arrived in the last 16 hours (and next 4 to hours) not shipped yet from the hub.

I think its safe to say that I need to get off the forum for the weekend and enjoy life lol. I think reading all of our stories of shipping failure/success has messed up my patients of waiting for it to officially ship. Hope I get a good notification come next week!..Who am I joking, ill be back on in 5 minutes after I cook this pizza for dinner

Unless those UPS flights are inbound from Louisville to DFW, they aren't ATT Phones.

Or they are trucking them over since it's the weekend. It's only a 12 hour haul.

I have no idea how to look that up on Flightaware or their logistics.

I'm sure they are holding them for the Apple update people. I'll bet Apple is gonna make sure those folkes get all the phones they want before they move on to us.

Yes, there are phones coming in but they don't take up the entire amount of planes coming in. UPS/Fedex still have their other customers that aren't Apple to make service for. That's all I'm trying to say.

That would suck.

I was thinking the same thing. Who am I kidding, just like you I'll be on right after I get some take out. Haha.

Maybe I guess it depends. Apple pays BIG bucks with exclusive shipping contracts for this time of year.

Previous years there were photos of 747s with 195k iphones each loaded in coming in, nothing else in them.

I would bet Apple ships more units per year than any other contract UPS has for overseas hauls.

You guys are pessimistic. Here is the screenshot. My 128gb 7plus matte black has shipped.

Like I stated previously, I ordered a few minutes after ordering opened on Friday morning. I received a text saying there was an issue with my order. I called AT&T 9/10 and the rep cancelled it but kept me in the same spot in the queue.

Another note, when I first pre-ordered, my shipping dates were 9/23-9/30. You guys will get your phone.

Arrived around 2PM central today. My apartment office signed for it. All this waiting and I don't even want to set it up until tomorrow. Go figure.

Case arrived last week!

Anyone have a good recommendation for a screen protector that's shipping now?

For anybody that had their phone shipped or delivered via USPS, what shipping method was used? Priority? Registered? First Class?

They used with me Express Mail, but don't trust them. It supposed that I receive my iPhone today and the phone never arrived. Now it's say Monday. So even Express Mail won't work.

Apple has chartered several jumbo jets for UPS, and speaking to a UPS delivery guy yesterday, he said the company is using every possible cubic inch of space on those planes for Apple. I guess we'll see.

was scheduled for delivery today by 12pm but nothing so far. USPS is my delivery agent. Checked my home surveillance system and don't have any footage of anyone coming to the door. Im sure if its not here by now it won't come today, its 6:09pm

Phones, yes, but Amazon is the worlds biggest shipper of products and they use UPS more than any other company. How they do what they do with this Prime shipping is a lesson in logistics.

U're not the only one. Even that I have delivery by today, and it's an Express Mail, my phone never arrived and I was at my home all day. They really suck because Express Mail that AT&T choose doesn't delivery on weekend days.

Trust me it means nothing with iphone preorders.

I have a Wells Fargo Investment Inc. corporate discount via a family member (no I dont work for a horrible bank), and Im not sure how much bigger a corporation there is.

And Im still processing 7 Plus black 128 ordered 4:29am (thanks to ATT upgrade checker being down for an hour 29 minutes)

"Premier" gets you nothing further with preordering iphones. It should but doesnt.

Same here, Wells Fargo FAN account 28% off. My 128GB iPhone 7Plus Gold arrived today @ 1PM in Los Angeles. The 128GB iPhone 7Plus Matte Black is stuck on Sept. 23 - 30.

Did anybody get a shipment notification some time today? Also, in the past have people gotten shipment notifications over the weekend or are we still in limbo until at least Monday?

Chartered planes are separate from their daily flights. I'm just saying it's silly to think that Apple is taking up all of UPS/Fedex flights and letting the rest of their obligations backlog. That's too costly.

Anywho. We'll all eventually get our phones so it's all good.
