Anyone that has an AT&T pre-order of 7+ 256gb JB shipped yet???

Mine is 7+ 256gb JB ordered at 2:53am EDT ship date of 9/26 to 10/7. Still preparing to ship since Saturday. No tracking.

nothing and I ordered the same phone at 2:03 central time
 
Ordered 7 plus 128 MB. Order went though 9/9 at 3:00:50am ET. Still nothing. Been with AT&T for so many years, definitely thinking about switching carriers now.
I am stalking from the Sprint thread. Trust me all carriers are experiencing issues with the higher gigs and the black phones. Just wanted you all to know that we all are mad as hell because we don't have our "preordered" phones.

I think I'm signing out until next week. This has been crazy reading all of the updates. It actually made me feel better to know that there were people out there that were feeling as confused as me about the logic in this process.

The funny thing is that I was really torn between ordering the silver model (which is what I have now), but decided to switch it up on my new phone. Ever since I have wondered if I made the right choice since I love the clean look of the white bezel. I'm convinced I will love the damn phone once it arrives though.

I'll update when my status changes - or when I receive my phone. Good luck everyone!

Why are people who ordered from Apple getting their JB 256 7+ with dates into October shipped now and not a single one for carriers? Not fair:(
My next pre order will for sure be with Apple next time.

So I've been dealt a really annoying reversal, care of at&t, sort-of:

I received a call from my bank earlier today telling me that someone was attempting to use my credit card for large purchases in a city a few hours away. Fortunately all charges were blocked by them but this was the card used for my at&t order for my iPhone 7+ (Gold, 256GB -- ordered at 2:59am ET and originally quoted as Sept 23 - 30). The card had to be canceled right away, of course. at&t tells me that the ONLY way to handle the situation is to CANCEL MY ORDER! They said if I allowed it to stand, it would be automatically canceled and I'd lose even more time.

I didn't believe them at first (because it sounds so ridiculous) and I called back multiple times and made them check and re-check. They were not even all that apologetic either, initially. They didn't seem to get the issue. I told them that if I was going to have to re-order, I'd do it through Apple -- and I did. I tried to live with it for about 20 minutes but I was still feeling perturbed and wanted at&t to take some responsibility for being so idiotic.

I called back one last time and tried again to speak to a retention specialist. I guess I was just upset and/or a glutten-for-punishment. This person was actually VERY understanding and now, I've gotten free Air Pods :):):) I got a receipt confirming it and everything! No idea when they'll be delivered but hey, I love headphones!

So with that, I guess I am done with this thread. I hope that everyone gets their phones really soon. I think the moral of the story is to always order directly from Apple, even when at&t goes live with their site a few minutes early. Personally, I am going to freeze myself for a couple weeks a-la-Eric-Cartman. ;)
