This is my exact order except I ordered at 2:53am EST

I couldn't take it anymore and just canceled the order. I reordered in silver 256gb iPhone 7 no plus this time...shipping dates say 9/19-9/21 o_O this whole delay and the bad reviews for the jet black snuffed out my excitement of the whole thing
 
So I think I spoke with the most moronic At&t rep ever. I called to see if I could change my jet black to the matte black thinking I may get it sooner seeing as how the jet black inventory is so low. Well the dumbass cancelled my order by accident. My order was placed at 3:24 am on 9/9. She kept saying that she was so sorry and that I should go to the store because they have them and began selling them in stores Thursday. I had to inform her that nobody has the 7+ in the stores and they went on sale Friday, not Thursday. She then said she'd be happy to resubmit my order but the delivery dates wouldn't be until mid October for the matte, or late November for the jet black. I wanted to punch her.
 
The fact that other carriers sent out shipping notices today and I haven't seen any in any att forum makes me think we are doomed. I have a friend who is on Verizon and ordered a 256 mb + and was scheduled for 9/23-29 and his shipped today for Tuesday delivery...and we haven't heard really anything since late thursday, a couple shipped yesterday supposedly but never saw screenshots. I think we will be waiting a while folks.

I would be pissed!!
 
I went and looked at the Jet Black iPhone at my local Best Buy, the fingerprints and micro scratches were very visible. I figured this much and ordered the Matte Black first time around. I really wanted the white face, I usually switch every year to change it up but I'm getting tired of the silver back.

Have refreshed this forum a million times this week.

My 11 year old grandson had a football game today, went to it and never thought about my unshipped phone once, not even when I was taking pics with my iPhone 6. They won the game is the last two minutes, with him scoring the only touchdown scored.

Came back home and sit down and the first thing a thought of is my phone, grabbed this iPad and refreshed this sight to read all the post I missed.

Back to bored and waiting!

Glad that didn't happen to me. Called to see if I can change MB 256 to 128.


Couldn't change but Got free air pods out of it.

The Verizon and AT&T are different model number phones this year so you can't infer that Verizon's service is any better. Could be they just received their phones from Apple and AT&T didn't.
