So I could then do the apple upgrade program! ATT lied to me. Thanks for the reply. I had a grandfather plan but then my parents got the 6s on next and they screwed up my plan. I pay for my line. And I'm trying to find the best way. It would be nice to have apple care and pay monthly for it

Time stamp of 2:53, ordered 7+ 256 JB. just checked ups, no luck. did you type in your number with no dashes or space??? My friend ordered the same phone as me through apple 10mins after i got mine through At&T and he's getting his phone tuesday.

Happy for you and a little jelly. I'm looking for options too. iPhones a little more scarce in my area currently...:eek:

Maybe mine will ship because I'm looking o_O:rolleyes:

As far as I can tell Apple's program only. Only price they give.

Of course they have a 128 Plus black near me but not paying $5/month more for Applecare I dont need; nor do I want to get screwed with Apple's program next year or have to go into a store to pickup.

I find this hard to believe. Literally no one who's ordered through AT&T has their phone number as a reference number. That's only happened for Apple orders.

Which customer service number did you call? Any time I've called, the reps who deal with me never act like they have any idea what they're talking about and consistently give me scripted answers. They don't try to look into anything for me.

i just did an "apple reservation" search online. checked maryland, Pennsylvania and virgina. norfolk virginia actually has stock of an at&t black 256 plus. they were the only store out of all 3 states. most stores had verizon availability for plus phones. not sure how or why verizon gets priority but they definitely have more phones than at&t

I dont think they were supposed to. You mightve gotten lucky. Seems that stock is only for Apple Upgrade people.

If you go through Apple.com and select buy for an ATT 128 Plus black it says store pickup not available at all at checkout.

Well I have a confirmed reservation to pick up my next plan AT&T MB 256 plus for today. Which I placed the reservation a few mins ago.

I understand that, I went to the link you posted. It only gives you the option for the iphone upgrade program $41 and change per month. No buy full price, no ATT Next.

i think that stock is only for iphone upgrade people only. I would call the store to confirm they can sell it on Next before going.
