It's looking like now it's a step in the order process. I definitely don't recall accepting terms and conditions when I preordered and the social media rep seemed to think that was the hold up on my shipment because everything else was ready to go. But he sent me to Att.com/tc and wanted me to do it there. It said it couldn't find my wireless number. So he had me try to call it in to an automated system, but when I went through the prompts it said my phone was already activated and in use.. So it's probably connected to the 6S I currently have. Basically, the maintenance seems to be the major culprit here and AT&T doesn't know how to fix it
