Hmmm. Reserve and pick up at the apple store via apple.com will be back up at midnight. I think I'm gonna check that out and see if I can get the MB + and cancel my order with att..... still no updates here. Will check in again tomorrow...

Hey guys. I've been watching this thread since page 50 but wanted to notify you of something after these people are getting calls from "NATE" regarding visiting a website to accept Terms and Conditions. This weekend I received a text that said "Fraud alert from Debit Card at Att.com Please call 1-800 something or another." Im suspicious of things like this so I googled the number and it came back as a phishing scam. I never called, but I assume they want to "verify" your card information by having you read it to them and provide additional information. Beware.

yes, still waiting on my 256 MB Plus ordered at 2:52am on 9.9. Sigh.
Nate did call me from AT&T's social media department. He also responded to me after our phone conversation using his name through a direct message from @ATTCares Twitter page and gave me lots of phone numbers and suggestions to try to fix it but none of them worked. I think he's legit as far as that's concerned.
 
Did Nate help you through that? Which number did you call?

And you've already received your shipping info?

1-866-895-1099 this is the phone number Nate originally conference me on, and I got a tracking number within minutes, granted it isn't pulling up anything yet.
 
It's looking like now it's a step in the order process. I definitely don't recall accepting terms and conditions when I preordered and the social media rep seemed to think that was the hold up on my shipment because everything else was ready to go. But he sent me to Att.com/tc and wanted me to do it there. It said it couldn't find my wireless number. So he had me try to call it in to an automated system, but when I went through the prompts it said my phone was already activated and in use.. So it's probably connected to the 6S I currently have. Basically, the maintenance seems to be the major culprit here and AT&T doesn't know how to fix it

I had to accept the t/c before i could place my order because the order button wouldnt work without accepting i ordered at 3:02 am on the 9th i went to att.com/tc but says

Yeah....you would think that, but when I tried it said,
  • TW0008: Your request could not be processed at this time. Please try again later.
.....so no. Even that doesn't work.

F*** you, AT&T -- I'm going to an apple store and pick up a Verizon one tomorrow morning. You att jerks can go **** yourselves.

That site is not working ( go figure) says the wireless number is not valid- I tried mine and my GF's and same thing and we are on diff plans so no connection. I called and spoke to a lovely CSR and she verified that I signed the T's and C's and that everything looks good on the account, just waiting to ship. If it makes anyone feel better call them and make sure the TandCs have been completed.

I feel like it's something that should be brought to ATT's attention because the guy I spoke with definitely said he saw an error on my account but the rest of it, especially from my point of view, looks like everything is going fine. He is just in the social media department and could only put a notation of what he saw on my account.

I see. That's the number he had me call on my own and it didn't work. Maybe I'll have him do that tomorrow. Would you mind letting us all know here when you do finally get shipment updates or if it arrives to you? I'd be interested to know if this has been the issue all along.

Sounds like a good idea... just glancing back at the thread this is insanity.

Any company should be so lucky to have so many loyal customers that just want to spend money and get their order in (a reasonable and fair) order.

Of course after this experience loyalty and commitment, satisfaction. Not really feeling it...

That's exactly the error I get now, but I truly don't remember accepting any conditions. I just remember paying the tax on the device once I chose the one I wanted. And got an email about 2/2.5 hours later saying it was preparing to ship and no changes since then.
 
Ok guys so I just called that number and it said I already accept the T and C and that my phone has already been activated...I never activated it though so does that mean it's been made and will ship soon?

Edit: called it again and this time it said I'd already accepted the t&c so I have no idea wtf other people that ordered 128GB 7+ in MB AFTER I did are already getting tracking numbers. Such bull****.

I am in the St. Louis metro area and got the shipping email for my wife's Rose Gold 256GB 7 Plus at 4:30 this afternoon, delivering Tuesday.

Still no word on my daughter's Gold 256GB 7 Plus or my Matte Black 256GB 7 Plus.

All were pre-ordered on 9/9 as soon as AT&T's website came up for orders - although, it took me over an hour and a half to get all 3 ordered.
 
Generally don't you agree to the terms and conditions when you activate the phone? Seems weird that accepting their t&c would be holding up people's orders.
