Carrier iPhone 7/7+ AT&T Pre-Order Thread

Well I wish you all luck, but I've officially cancelled my AT&T.com order.

I have an existing Apple.com order placed around the same time...going to try my luck waiting on that.

128 gb matte black 7plus slipped to 10-21 to 10-28. When I first ordered my phone my ship date was 9/30-10-07. Then last Thursday, it slipped to 10/7-10/14. Wtf.

The only plus is that they refunded me the 900$ they charged tommy credit card last week. No it was not a hold. There was some kind of mess up with att.

I'm pissed.

This isn't too eventful, but I ordered three iPhone 7 128GB (2x regular black, 1x rose) on Friday, and they will all be delivered Tuesday night. Not bad for a dispatch estimate of September 23 - 30.

Just for for fun I went to the http://www.istocknow.com/live/ site to see what is available in various stores. It turned out to be rather depressing. I checked about 8 stores around the country and only found two that had any 256 GB 7+ iPhones at all. And these are Apple Stores. (One in Tucson and one in Grand Rapids.)

Oh well, ATT told me between 9/23 and 9/30 so I'll start to get upset around 11:00 PM on 9/30. Until then I'll just wait expectantly, my present iPhone still works OK.

Right now, it shows zero black 256 + anywhere in the US, Every store is red on the map. Amazing for a phone nobody wanted.

The randomness with which orders are seemingly being filled is astounding.

I call it ATT's "first come, last served" policy.

So the iPhone reservation is only if you are already part of the iPhone upgrade program? That's what I'm being told as I'm standing in the store trying to pick up my phone. I didn't buy my last iPhone under the program so they are saying I can't pick up the phone.

ahhh i can get "in progress" showing my order number when i use the text option myself using the option to use the contact number or wireless number but it cant find that same order number when i use the search via order number option or the original K006-OY-XXXXXXX number that comes in the first email and shows online. I think the K00 order number is the warehouse picking number and the other order number is the one we are supposed to search for that begins with 21- but either way in text the order number search isn't working for me. ONline i can search via the K006 number or the 21- order number and get the same preparing to ship status. Long story short.... I should just wait until the 23rd and stop watching the pot boil and just be excited if it comes early.

Btw.. Neither att or fedex notified me about the delivery, but I am able to track mine.

It did for me, and has for others... not sure how you screwed it up but... sucks for you. Gotta run, have another reservation to get to for my other 7plus.

Ya, the Verizon/sprint phone I think is better. Also, when you get it from the Apple Store, it's factory unlocked.

iPhone 7+ 32GB - Matte Black ordered on 9/9 at 5:56AM EST - just got shipping notice (9/19 at 2:49PM EST) delivery for tomorrow 9/20 by 3PM. Original delivery was from 9/30-10/7
Coming from FedEx (picked up at Fort Worth Texas) to Northeast Ohio

Wth man, I ordered mine at 3:07am EST and I'm still waiting. I wish I could say I'm happy for you but I'm not. BS from ATT.

Rumor has it matte black is more sought after than the jet black. My jet black order placed on apple.com at 3:37am says November for it's shipping. ATT same order, still preparing for shipping.

Im right here with you. JB 128 + ordered at 12:02am pacific 9/9, moved to preparing to ship that morning, and nothing at all since. est dates oct14-21. Im never going through ATT again.
