256 JB, regular, just went backorder on *6737, still showing preparing to ship online. 10-7 to 10/14 original dates.

Let's hope this is the start of the JB wave. I ordered a regular 7 128gb JB at 3:16:36 ET, 10/14-21 shipping dates
 
At&t must have read my post about telling them to f-off and picking up a phone elsewhere... just got the text saying my order has shipped and to visit the checkmyorder blah blah to track my shipment. So for me the time between shipping after being on "backorder" was 15-16 hours.

just got the email with tracking number as well. picked up in ft worth at 12:23 this afternoon for delivery tomorrow 9/23 by 4:30

I'm in Georgia.
 
To the people who are complaining about never preordering from ATT again and are upset about apparently getting their phones ON or BEFORE the ship date provided to them... just think, it could be far worse for you if you ordered from Apple.

Yes have been there before. The same thing happened to me when I pre-ordered my 6+ from Apple.

Hey guys!!! I canceled my girlfriend's 128 Matte Black order and called in a Matte Black 128 order today and it's set to arrive tomorrow!! (I will post the shipping confirm when I get it) The agent said that they have Matte Blacks in the warehouse. So I have no idea why it was taking so long for my Matte Black to arrive!

I had one of those fools posted up on my drivers side door the other day. Needless to say, my car is now a pile of ashes.

The regular customer service / sales number (800) 331-0500. Apparently the number routes you to any one of their call centers in various cities, but I asked where she was and she said she was at the El Paso, TX call center.
Did you get order confirmation already? What does the shipping date say?

Yep. The agents are hit or miss. Sometimes it routes you to the Tennessee call center and they seemed not to know their head from their you know what. She was at the El Paso, Texas call center. I order a Matte Black 128 Plus. Expedited shipping, she said it will be here tomorrow. I'm awaiting shipping confirm. I'll post as soon as I get the email.

Yeah I received my Gold Plus 128, but not my Matte Black. So I decided to call to see if I could order on the phone and it took me 6 calls to finally get someone who knew anything. She said she was showing in the system that they had the Matte Blacks at the warehouse and she could get it to me tomorrow. So I ordered and canceled my PreOrder.

I didn't get an order confirmation email yet, omg you got me worried. I'm about to get on Chat right now and ask where my order confirmation email is.

The reservation system says all Plus models sold out. It won't let me. Are you sure Oakbrook has Pluses? I already ordered over the phone like an hour ago and the agent said it will arrive tomorrow as I ordered before 12 noon Mountain time so she said it would be shipped today, overnight FedEx. So I should be good but I'm kind of nervous cause I haven't gotten an order confirmation email. I only received the Terms and Conditions email to sign.
