Carrier iPhone 7/7+ AT&T Pre-Order Thread

I ordered a 7+ silver 256GB on the 16th and order shipped today with delivery tomorrow. Original ship date was Oct 14-21

If those planes are full of iPhones (which I doubt they are) they have to spilt those up between major carriers, apple retail & online orders, and other retailers. That potential 2 million phones gets eaten up very quick, I cant even speculate how many AT&T will get but i can't image it is many...Sorry to be the Debbie Downer haha.

I know, and here i thought i would be smart by ordering through BB. Though i am sure it's no fault of their own, it's still pretty frustrating given their lack of customer service. I'm fairly certain i'll get my JB 7+ from AT&T before my BB order.

Sorry but you probably got it bcs no one wants that ugly silver color. You really cant compare a matte black preorder with a silver preorder. Just like you cant compare a matte black preorder with the jet black.

Sadly no. I'm betting around 150k per plane to be safe and even then only half are carrying phones.

I'm just here watching to see when you guys that pre ordered get your phones so I'll have some kind of idea, maybe when mine will come.. It was killing me to keep reading some complain about how long its taking when they've ordered their phone on launch day or after.. Soooo enjoy ur phones for those of you that have received it and I'm hoping you get them soon for those that havent! I have a little shy of 3wks to a month to go..


My first time having to order online, usually go to Apple down the street from me but this time it didn't work out that way..lol

Really?? I was always told it was just MD11 planes. Now this is great news.
 
My "unicorn" as it's called here shipped this morning!

7+ 256GB JB. Ordered via Premier at 3:10am ET on 9/9. It will arrive tomorrow via FedEx. Shows Memphis as the first scan?

Only 2 phones were ever "late" after launch via AT&T for me. This one, and the 5S.

Edited to add: went to backorder status on *6737# on Friday after 7pm.

I don't think that is the case... I believe it is from the cargo ship that was held up. The planes that are coming in are purely supplying stock for pre-orders at the moment. At least that is my understanding.

Original ship dates were Oct 11-18th. ATT was just blindly putting 4 weeks out from the order date.

This is awesome. I am only 6 days behind you. I bet you I will have tracking info in three days. Be sure to update us with a picture of the phone when you get it!
 
JB 128 plus ordered at 302 am 9/9 and I'm still in the same ****ing status as when I started. Seeing so many people who ordered after me go backordered/shipped on the same model...will ATT do anything if I call? This is so ****ed.

So this thread is just about the pre-order process and which phone we want and the status of orders after midnight, 1, 2 or 3am.

QUICK UPDATE: Phone is getting delivered today via fedex this afternoon! Don't lose hope to those who ordered on 9/9, especially those who did their pre-orders within the hour of pre-order launch, this week looks to be the week for most of us.
