When did you receive notice? I ordered a minute after you (Eastern time zone) and I ordered 128gb matte black 7 plus.
A little while ago. I checked the website too, to confirm. It's getting shipped by Fedex.

Are you serious? The cancel button is still on my page though. I'm glad I preordered it thinking I might port in a line. That way I'm not f*cked if I'm unable to cancel it and I choose to camp out Thursday night.AT&T doesn't want to give you any information - yet you can't cancel your order once it's in preparing to ship. It's a scam I tell you lol
Just checked my credit card and my phone was charged and now it doesn't show an iPhone charge on it like it got cancelled. Is that a good thing or bad?
Good thing. Before they charge it it'll disappear. You should be getting your shipment confirmation soon.
Yeah same exact thing with me lol. I was gona pay my car insurance but now in not going to as I have a spending limit on my card lolThis sucks because my card is now at its limit so if they put a charge it may not go through. Of course it could go through and I would just get tagged with an over draft which is fine just as long as the order goes through. They got the preauthorization when I preordered but the charge was pending until it disappeared yesterday.
Besides stating your device's storage size and original shipping dates, when you get a shipping notification, maybe you should also state your carrier (e.g.: FedEx, UPS, etc.).
I'm beginning to get that AT&T uses FedEx for their shipping, and not UPS. Let's see if that's true.
It'll also help others who are so inclined to at least know which shipper to begin monitoring.
Im in Bolingbrook...maybe i will see you there.Im also in Chicago ordered 256 gb regular black 7 plus shipping dates 09/23-09/30 ordered at 2:57 EST still saying preparing for shipping.
starting to loose hope think ill be lining up at apple naperville![]()
Just because a group of lawyers threatens to sue and/or actually files to sue against a company, doesn't mean such a lawsuit has any merit and won't be dropped.
After all, unless someone can find evidence that Apple in some way guaranteed that existing Upgrade Plan consumers would have a separate queue of devices in which they'd have a better chance at procuring, then the case is baseless.
Which, by the way, since we're on an AT&T thread, let's go there. Using myself as an example, I've been on an AT&T Next plan. I have also been anal-lytical enough to read through all of the plan's fine print. I have seen nowhere that it states that, by virtue of being on such a plan, that someone I or anyone associated with my account have any special status or priority when it comes to upgrading.
Bottom line -- the only exception to everyone ordering iPhones from essentially the same pot (where only inventory changes based on demand make the difference) would be for those VIP folks that already have a device in hand (which was Apple's call to make during the logistics process and is not illegal by any stretch).
Anyone from Philadelphia with shipping change or delivery date?

Going to have to second that... As die hard as I am for apple I wouldn't let my insurance payment lapse for an iPhoneDude, don't let your car insurance lapse for a phone.
Mine is coming FedEx and I can track it. (arrives by 3 PM Friday)
I also have SMS notification set up in the FedEx system but did not receive any yet nor does it show in their iPhone app as a shipment.....
Same here... What the hell does that mean when it disappears?
The complaint is an interesting read. Did you read it before you posted?
