Ordered on 3 Oct for a 4 Nov delivery date...supposedly! MB iP7+ 128GB

Update - I received a DPD text last night to say my phone would be delivered on Monday (24 Oct). Then this morning I received another to say the phone would be delivered today (22 Oct), then received my new phone about an hour later! Very happy Three exceeded their estimate by delivering almost 2 weeks early!

That is so sad.

My brother got his regular 7 yesterday, and holy moly, it is FAST.

BTW, I'm supposed to get my Silver 7+ on the 28th. :p REALLY REALLY hoping it comes, as it's been delayed for about 2 weeks now

Same here. My girlfriend walked into an Apple Store a couple of weeks back and got a Jet Black 7 no problem. My Dad has had his Black 7 Plus for about 4 weeks now.

What did you order and when?
 
iPhone 7 Plus, JB 128gb - Originally ordered with EE 2 minutes after pre-orders opened. Phoned EE two days later to make sure it had gone through ok, to be told that it hadn't and had been cancelled! So I had to place a new order with Three on the 11th September - really annoyed by it all tbh!

So a new contract then? Mine is new too, iPhone 7 Plus JB 128gb also but I ordered on the 13th. So looks like we're almost in the same boat. Thursday night will be interesting (assuming it doesn't arrive before then).
 
iPhone 7 Plus, Silver 32GB - I actually pre-ordered from Virgin on the 10th September. Called them up on the 12th, as I had no confirmation e-mails or any other form of contact, and they said to me that the order didn't go through, and they automatically cancelled my order. I was supposed to get my phone on release day, and I was really annoyed... Then on the 13th, I pre-ordered/upgraded my iPhone 6 from Three. I'm meant to get my phone this Friday (after waiting for 6 weeks in total, 2 extra weeks because "it's been delayed"... Three originally told me that I will be able to pick my phone up on the 14th October, but when I called them, they said I'll have to wait till the 28th October.

In 2018, I'll probably pre-order from Apple, and as soon as pre-orders go live.

I'm waiting to here from the executive team today regarding my iPhone 7+ JB ordered on the 9th sept, I wrote the threes CEO stating my frustration with the whole process. They called yesterday and said they would investigate the matter, but not holding much hope of it arriving tomorrow

Was it a 128gb? Upgrade? What delivery date were you originally quoted?
 
Well, if mine is due to be delivered tomorrow then there's a good chance yours will be too. Just spoke to web chat and they are still clueless. I will let you know if I receive the fabled DPD text/email tonight.
 
Everytime I was given a date, I spoke to web chat, twitter support and facebook page the day before, to make sure it was worth me going into store for collection, everytime they all said, yes, it was definitely still on track to be delivered the next day, and everytime, nothing turned up, Hence my email to the CEO, it's the lack of correct information being given that is my biggest bug bare, I just want a true delivery date and not ifs and maybes

I'm still waiting for a silver, and don't understand why it's delayed just like JB models. JB models take longer to manufacture, unlike Silver models.

Another two weeks... think I might throw in the towel. I could handle it if there were updates but waiting until the day before to inform us is frustrating.
