Also, haven't heard anything from Three yet... :)

Really pleased to see that everyone is starting to receive their phones. Still going to order elsewhere next time though! Love the speed of the 7 plus.
 
Well after being given the 7th then 14 October store pick up dates for my 7+JB, I called today to be told it's. it arrived and now should be 28th but can't promise, makes no sense what to me,how I can pre order on the morning of the 9th September and keep being told of delays. Could be over 2 months until I get my phone, complaint submitted but won't get my phone any quicker.

Nothing so far. Not a single text, phone call or anything. :mad: I'm going to call them now, and chat online.

This is honestly not on. They can't even let me know when I will get my phone, or tell me that it's delayed? :confused:

When you call insist on speaking to customer relations. They gave me accurate information when the standard call centre staff were continually lying to me. They were also able to authorise compensation.

I just spoke to my local Three Outlet, and the worker said they got deliveries today, but only 128GB, and in Matte Black and Rose Gold only. He also said, that they will get deliveries tomorrow, and will call when they have my phone. :(

The worker on the web chat, also told me that I will get £5 off my next bill. :p That's the least they can do. :( :(
 
What phone are you waiting for? Hope your luckier than me, gave me the date now of the 28th, store never bother contacting me even though they promise to keep me informed, have to do all the chasing myself, I'd go to a different network but can't see me getting one earlier through them now either. I'm moving next upgrade though as I have 3 contracts with them, not going through this again with the iPhone 8

This sucks. Next time, I'll probably go with Apple.

BTW, it's a 32GB Silver 7 Plus.
 
I'm in the same boat as you kellyleekyle with the dates. Was told between 7th - 14th of October, then definitely 14th of October, now told by the 28th today. Crazy.

I bet you that there was a 32GB Silver in stock local to me. Then someone random walked in, and bought it. And they gave it to them. I bet you. Lol, this is so annoying, its starting to become funny.

I just called them, and said they won't have any Pluses until November... Then about 10 secs later, the worker goes "We will get some next week maximum". So what then?!

They probably gave my phone to someone else.

+ They can't tell me that they haven't had any 32GB Silvers for NEARLY 6 WEEKS.

I think they are trying to spread whatever shipments between stores depending on popularity and how many pre-orders he store got.

There must be some allocation at the warehouse they had to transfer my phone to my account but apparently it had already been done.

Hope you all get your phones quick.

I was told, that my phone won't be delivered until either next Friday (21/10) or the Friday after (28/10). :):confused:
