Just had the call from exec office, it won't be in store tomorrow, and they can't tell me if it will be this month, next month or the month after, he said they have no idea whatsoever when apple will be sending stock, he will give me a months free bill as a sorry for all the confusion in dates I've been given lol. Well I said I'd have to go away and decide weather I want to carry on waiting, trouble is if I moved to any other network I'd. E in an even longer wait. And as I have 2 contracts so upgrade every 12 months, I'll be doing it all again for the iPhone 8

Just ordered the same iPhone with BT (JB Plus 128gb) and get it tomorrow. Crazy. I'm out, Three! good luck everyone
yes let us know if it arrives tomorrow, can you still cancel an upgrade hen it was taken in sept even though they haven't sent the phone? just wondering if they say no as the contract is over the 14 days cooling off period

The 14 days usually only applies after you receive your device. Mine was a new contract, so when I phoned to cancel the guy was pretty clueless, I had no account and had to write an email to logistics to put a stop on my phone being delivered (no need really as it feels like it was never coming!). I then phoned Barclays as I had gone through their Partner finance program for the iPhone and they said my account wasn't even active yet. So in all honesty, customer support know nothing about your phone, it's all down to logistics.

Anyway, I missed the 4pm cut off yesterday for ordering with BT Mobilr but just got my DPD tracking email and it arrives tomorrow.

So 42 days of waiting (53 including the latest delay text) with Three, 1 day waiting with BT Mobile...

It was a pretty decent deal too; 30GB, unlimited mins / texts for £52 a month £120 upfront.

So lucky, and good for you! :)

I upgraded, my phone is meant to be available for pickup today, but nothing (yet). I've tried calling them 8+ times, and they don't even answer their phone. Their customer service is utter s..t.

I feel for you with the situation you're in with upgrading via the store. You don't even get the luxury of a delay text the day before, just a case of you constantly having to chase them. I was closely following the EE thread and they're going through the exact same thing.

Hope it arrives for you today anyway! Let us know

Thanks. Honestly, I'm so furious right now. It is so disrespectful what they are doing. I might go in store later today. I don't know yet...

I was so close to ordering from BT yesterday, they had them for delivery next day, but bottled it as I wasn't sure he three would let me cancel as I upgraded in sept? Today BT are out of stock

I actually didn't get it. Have to wait until either the 4th or the 11th. :( REALLY GUTTED.

BUT for my November's bill (because the contract for the 7 Plus already started in September), I will only have to pay for my plan, because I use my allowance with my iPhone 6.

I don't understand why it is taking so long though. It is a silver, SILVER model that we are talking about. Probably the easiest & fastest model to manufacture, as the colour is basically raw aluminium... Unlike Jet Black... (Someone correct me if I'm wrong)

Well, my story comes to a close. BT pulled through in the end and my number was even ported this morning. Totally worth the wait!

Just went into my local Three store as they promised me it would arrive this Friday, 4th. I was the first to pre order in the shop on the 9th September. The manager had absolutely no idea if it would turn up or not and was totally clueless as to when stock may or may not arrive. Complete shambles!! This is for the 7 Plus 256GB in Jet Black

I called store and web support, both have no updated estimates for the phone arriving. So I've gone from 7th, 14th 28th oct to no *#+* idea Makes no sense at all to me, pre order day shouldn't mean collect months later

Would you consider switching like I did? BT are now offering a £150 amazon gift card with their contracts too.
