Actually she will probably reply within a few minutes telling you she's sorry and someone will contact you.

Ordered the 7P however, seeing that everyones getting their phones with UPS ground I think these might refer to when the phones are actually in stock?

On sprints website to try and get you to upgrade it says order before 4pm and get free overnight shipping....I call false advertising, thats what I'm about to tell this lady when she calls me back with what the "vendors" are going to do for me since they FUC*** me so bad, I'm not waiting days when they advertise free over night!!

So no tracking for me yet but the language on my myorder screen DID change--same BS different day though. :mad:

Email her! She will respond. If not her, someone else will. Just remember to keep it "friendly" and use as little vulgarity as possible. And any thoughts of violence should also be kept at bay. I'm of course kidding about that, but I am serious when I say to write her a strong letter. I got a response rather quickly. This is a good opportunity for you.

After speaking with him he told me that anyone that pre-ordered their phones on 9/9 or 9/10 will be getting their phones this week regardless of the color or if it's the plus. They won't sell any of them if you walk-in right now as he assured me that their priority was to get all those people that pre-ordered them first to avoid confusion and avoid what happened when the 6s and 6s+ came out and store rep started selling them at the store and selling short those who had pre-ordered. Hopefully he's telling the truth, but he told me that's their gameplan and they're planning to execute it that way. Hopefully I get mine this week and not in October.

I hope this is the case. I'm leaving to go out of the country for two weeks on 9/24. I would LOVE to have my phone for the trip. Barring that, I'd LOVE to not have to deal with Sprint's CSRs to get the shipping address changed. The damn phone can sit in my house for two weeks while I travel - I just want some peace of mind before I leave!

/end rant about first world problems

I asked my daughter which airplane my phone is coming on (stalking the UPS flights from Anchorage at the moment) and she pointed to the 767-300 in the lead and said that was the one. So let's hope she's correct and we have a more modern and high speed method of transportation.

Though it would be hilariously agonizing to have our phones on a cargo ship and then track that boat across the ocean. Imagine that... the boat icon moves 1 pixel every 13 hours... oh, the joy we would all have.

Been following this madness and finally joined the party. Ordered a MB 7+ 128GB on 9/9 around 4:30am EST. No Tracking update yet. From NYC - Has anyone from NYC received a shipping update? How is Sprint choosing the order these get sent out?

Quite a few here got tracking today on plus MB 128
 
woohoo ,. just got sprint tracking info!!.

i had posted two days ago thinking i had gotten my iphone ups notice but it ended up being an amazon order

my sprint order page updated with tracking info!
