Just emailed her also, fast response, apologized that I have not received an update yet and would have one of her team members research my order and contact me in the morning. We'll see how that goes.
 
Well I got an email back!!!
And sprint 10 minutes ago again said they couldn't cancel my order in the system until tomorrow! So they can't even process my new order, I now have to wait even longer, WTF, I so look forward to this conversation!!

I have 803449xxx for a JB 128gb and got nothing.... seeing that my number is lower than both of yours, I'll be pissed if you two get yours first... (no offense lol)

I have 803449xxx as well (3:14am), same order. If you get it before me, I'll be even more pissed ;)

There's been a few that ordered the 7+ MB 128GB well after I did that have received shipping info, yet I have nothing. Either the warehouse has a system they are following, or they are incompetent.
 
Been watching the thread since preorders.. 128GB Jetblack ..Confirmation at 4:20am eastern time .I have two carriers, so I have a 128gb 7 matte already, but this is the phone I really want

Wanted to check to see if I could get express shipping but am scared that if I even TALK to a CSR about my order they'll somehow interpret my request wrong and completely cancel my order.
 
Yea I really want to cancel my order and head over to the Apple Store I see plenty 128gb black in the area throughout the day smh. I just can't wait for them to reset my upgrade I needs to be immediate

If you really want to do that - the Apple Store should have credentials to call sprint National Sales Support to have your eligibility reset immediately over the phone. If they're unsure of how to do that, they should have a National Retail Account Executive (their Sprint support rep) that can give them the info to do it or can potentially get it done, if they're good.
