SprintCare just whiffed hardcore - spoke to three different reps and none could understand that I wanted the order number for my preorders that I did in store.
I'm sitting here seeing all the 128 MB 7+ hoping that my two will arrive in store in the next couple days. Just hate not knowing.
I wish I had been able to get the site to work for me - from the time it went live at 2:00AM CST until 12PM CST, it wouldn't let me in. I did my in store orders on 9/9 at 12:54PM and 1:00PM CST - still waiting on updates for me.
I was told by some old friends in Sprint, that they intended to have the website crash like that to limit online orders so they could allocate more inventory to the retail stores. Not sure if I believe it, but I wouldn't put it past them.
