Down in the DM just made me sniggle (snort + giggle).. yes. I learned a long time ago - Let sprint know why you're mad where other people can hear you. It's the ONLY way they move.

I would bet yours will ship soon...I highly doubt that or contacting CS really helped...Sprint started shipping the 128+ MB's last night, so now everybody is getting the notifications

FYI. Finally got my shipping notification 2 mins ago. Looks like they've started going about again this morning. But here's the thing - I BLASTED Sprintcare on twitter and I don't think it's a coincidence that I got my shipping notification 9 minutes after they responded to me.

FYI for anyone else who might be interested you can get UPS My Choice Premium for 3 months for $3 with promo code BTH5ZYHD3. This will give you two free two-hour delivery window selection (usually $8 each) which means you can basically select for your package to come in the morning, afternoon, or evening. I used one on my iPhone since UPS usually doesn't come until the afternoon and I'll be home and I'm impatient so now it'll be here by 1 :p

Just spoke to Tim from Executive Escalations. He said 32GB Pluses way outsold 128GBs (probably due to the fact that 128s and 256s cost $50 more to upgrade) and so he can't promise my phone will even ship this week. Gave me the same 9/30 line over and over. Offered $50 credit which yeah, i'll take, but doesn't help me get my phone any faster. UGHHHHHHHHH :mad:

I doubt that is really the issue. And the lower GB tier always sells more cause they are the cheapest. They should have some idea as to how to plan for that
 
Sprint completed their charge on my card sometime overnight. There has been a pending charge on it since I ordered on the 15th but now it's been processed. Hopefully this means something good...probably doesn't mean anything though.

Dont know if im the only one who having problems trying to check order status on the site. its saying it doesn't match any of their records, i just checked it an hour ago.....
 
On the phone with an executive, still the same run around and bs. At least they were willing to give me a 25 dollar credit But I'd like my 128GB Rose Gold iPhone 7+ Now....
 
FWIW I think if you call support, you might get bumped up. I did order mine (MB 7+ 128GB) at like 3:30am PST on 9/9, but yesterday I chatted with support (nicely) and a few hours later I got a shipping notification with a delivery of today. Might be a long hold, but it may help?
I'm guessing that was a coincidence, since so many 128 MB+ phones were shipped yesterday. But it's definitely worth a shot. Can't hurt!

I'm happy for all of you 128 gb MB+ people, but getting really frustrated with Sprint that not one 256gb MB+ model has shipped yet since our shipping date was a week earlier. This is ridiculous :mad:
 
Just got off the phone with sprint. Ordered at 3:24 a.m. On 9-9 still getting same ship date as people that ordered the phone by 9-16 which is complete bull ****. Get ur **** together sprint
