Dont know if im the only one who having problems trying to check order status on the site. its saying it doesn't match any of their records, i just checked it an hour ago.....
Try a different browser or device. That happened to me yesterday. Couldn't get status in Safari but could get it in Chrome. Strange.

Just got an email from sprint saying my order (7+ 128gb matte black) has shipped .

Order no: oy-mhso-80350****
Order time : 9/9/16 , 6:25 am
Confirmation email : 8:10 am
Location: Pittsburgh,Pa

Still no UPS email or update for the tracking number I received.
 
Just chatted with customer service. He was very "extra" and put me on hold to check with his "Apple specialist" to then tell me exactly what the website says
 
Both my sister and my coworker who pre-ordered 128GB MB Pluses got tracking info. I should have just shelled out the extra $50.

Maybe there's a plane with 32GB MBs in the air right now...:(

I think the shipping order is #1 which "wave" you are in, and then #2 your geographic location. I don't see any pattern with our order numbers aside from "you ordered before this time" which is all over the /orderstatus page.

Or maybe it's truly random as long as you're within the wave they are fulfilling. Trying to figure that part out is the most interesting aspect of all this.
 
Still no word on my Jet Black Plus (3:22 AM CT) 8034503XX. Starting to think they actually meant 10/7. :( This wait is agonizing, especially when your main phone at the moment is a slow iPhone 5c

I'm happy for all of you 128 gb MB+ people, but getting really frustrated with Sprint that not one 256gb MB+ model has shipped yet since our shipping date was a week earlier. This is ridiculous :mad:
It really is, we had the shortest shipping date and yet here we are just sitting and waiting without a single word on when we will get our phones.

Complained on Twitter and supposedly they are looking into the situation... We'll see. Lol
 
As someone who works in the sale of electronics, I can confidently say that no one from the retail store to the phone support, have any clue when your phone is going to ship. I'm waiting until Oct. 7th and if I get my phone before then, great. If not, the kitten gets it.

I'm in Orlando too and got the 32GB MB 7+ and in limbo :(
 
I ordered about an hour after you - and still have nothing. Sprint is driving me bananas. o_O
I'm sorry :( hopefully today is your day. I sure understand. I ordered my phone, then my granddaughters. She got hers on launch day and I've been pouting ever since. It's hype on purpose I believe, that apple rolls out product they know won't begin to cover the demand.

Sprint tells you all kinds of nonsense. I keep telling myself not to listen to them. The people in these forums know much more, like where the planes are, who's getting what etc. I called night before last and was told I'd get my phone between 10/21-10/28 and gee it shipped the next day (I get it today) . people you actually talk to at sprint are not in the warehouse and have no idea what's coming in or when. I wish sprint would stop letting their "customer service" people spout all this mis-info.

This is one of those situations where it begins to feel like you're never actually going to get what you're after. And not because it's not right here, right now; because Sprint is doing such a miserable job at everything that it feels like they're just stringing us along while taking our money.
