Well I finally got a shipping notification from sprint at 3:30 this morning for my 7+ 256 gold. But 4.5 hours later and I can't see any info about it through UPS. So either they didn't ship it yet or sprint spent the notification to the wrong account...

I didn't see info on my tracking for about 6 or 7 hours and I still got it the next day.

Also - usually with Sprint Chat you get an e-mail transcript almost immediately after, but the last few chats I did over the last week - I haven't gotten ANY e-mail with a transcript. Seems shady, no?

If you did it before 9/16 after 11pm you can expect your transcript to arrive 9/23-9/30.....

What is the GB size of your old phone?

64GB, of which i used just over half of without cleaning anything out, so I figured the 32Gb would work nicely for my purposes. IF I COULD EVER GET IT! hahaha
