Woo hoo! Check your email everyone... just received my shipping notification from Sprint with tracking number. I'm sure it will be held for Friday delivery.

Ordered - Black 32 GB iPhone 7 @ 1:30 AM PST on 9/9/16

Whoo hoo, I ordered mine later in the day on 9/9, 8pm (website was giving me huge issues, did it by telesales) but I'm SWITCHING to Sprint so hopefully my order is a little higher priority to them, lol.
 
Sprint's insurance is $13 a month and has basically the same coverage as AppleCare, but a higher deductible ($150 I think) if your phone needs to be replaced.
Sprint also covers lost iPhones. AppleCare doesn't cover that. One of the reasons for the higher deductible.
 
People ordering new plans were able to order right away. People wanting to upgrade couldn't get on until 3:15-3:20 central time.

I was able to get on sprints site right at 2:01 central time / 3:01 Eastern time but for the next hour plus, the site would not let me choose my phone to upgrade. I finally was able to place my order for an upgrade at 3:20am central time / 4:20am Eastern time. It was all over Twitter that people looking to upgrade via sprints website, could not do it during that hour plus. If you were able to get on and upgrade during that time, consider yourself one of the lucky ones.

I ordered the 7 Plus Jet Black 128GB and it says it will ship by 11/11. I ordered it Saturday. I seriously hope I don't have to wait til almost Thanksgiving for it. I was hoping to take it to Mexico Mid October for the camera. What does the " Order has been received" mean? Not familiar with Sprint's order status system.

Order status has been saying "doesn't match our records" for a day now. Yippee.
Try typing your order number in manually. I kept getting the same error when I would copy and paste it for some reason. Spent all day trying, finally decided to type it in manually even though it was the exact same thing, and it worked.
 
Just checked and I received my shipment confirmation at 8:34 PM EST - getting a matte black 7 32GB. Still waiting on a Rose Gold 7 32GB and a Silver 7+ 32GB (though that one says estimated to ship 9/30). Ordered on site around 4am EST on Friday.
 
Last 2 years I didn't get a tracking number until the night before release. Got the phones on release day.
Wasn't sure how it works. I've never preordered before from Apple or sprint. From what I can tell, sprint orders are left in the dark and Apple orders are updated more.
 
So I found this a little strange. Anyone else have this happen with them? I upgraded to the 6S back in May 1st. Resigned the 17 month iPhone lease so I'm nowhere near my 12 month upgrade offer. But it said I was elligable for an upgrade, let me choose the iPhone 7 I wanted, Offered me the option to return it as a trade in or buy it for the remaining purchase price. I chose trade in and placed the order. I got the confirmation and they received my order, which also includes the RMAKIT. How is this possible without having to pay off the remaining 12 month upgrade lease term first? Last year when I upgraded to by 6S, I had 3 months left on my iPhone lease and in order to upgrade from the 6 Plus to the 6S, I had to pay off the remaining 3 month lease payments.

This happened to me also for one of my lines. I did a chat and was told I would have to pay the full remaining balance on the lease. Then I called and was told I wouldn't have to pay anything because the preorder also had a return kit. I later went into a sprint store and asked about the early upgrade fee and was told I didn't have to pay anything because the return kit was included with the order. Also said I would've had to pay the fee at checkout during preordering.
 
After getting mult error messages and not being able to choose a phone to upgrade on sprints site I wasn't able to place an order until 5am EST. My 256 Black 7P is supposed to arrive on 9/23

I got in the Sprint around 3:45am EST on Friday and upgraded to a 256 Black 7P and got a shipping date of 9/23
 
I got into sprint website around 6:50am (central time)wasn't able to place an order after many many attempts untill 10:20am. Upgraded to Iphone7+ 128gb Jet black, got an ETA of 10/21.
 
So according to a live chat agent my order has completely processed and they're assigning a phone to my order. So lets hope for Friday! I ordered a iPhone 7Plus 32 GB on Saturday morning with a estimated ship date of 09/30.

Where do I find my Tracking Number on the Sprint Website?
 
Some of you guys should start checking UPS MyChoice to see if your phone has started shipping.

(By the way, does Sprint automatically add the free overnight shipping or were we supposed to select it because it was $15 and not free)
