I ordered for three of my lines at 530am eastern time. I ordered (two) 7 Silver 32gb and received notification last night from Sprint last night that they shipped and received tracking numbers, they aren't appearing in my UPS My Choice yet though (so just an FYI, but I have tracking numbers, they just don't have any activity yet).

My third phone is a 7+ 128GB (Silver), but it has an estimated ship date of 09/30, it seems EVERYONE has the same estimated ship date of 09/30 so fingers crossed, it ships sooner.

where is the iPhone for life financing plan? I'm currently on that from last year and when I select a device it shows:

17 month pay nothing down

18 month pay $200 down

24 Month pay $200 down

Pay in full…

I tried online upgrade of my 6 to the 7, but wasn't able due to Find My iPhone being turned on. Who knew? Probably everyone but me. Ended up upgrading in-store. Receipt shows iPhone Forever - 18 months, but I paid no money down. So, slight difference from your offer. Take from that whatever you can.

Ordered 32GB Black at 5:42 pm CDT Friday in-store. Ordered for my wife 32 GB Rose at 1:11 pm CDT Saturday in-store. Both indicate Fri. 16th delivery

Some of you guys should start checking UPS MyChoice to see if your phone has started shipping.

(By the way, does Sprint automatically add the free overnight shipping or were we supposed to select it because it was $15 and not free)

It was free when I ordered.
 
So according to a live chat agent my order has completely processed and they're assigning a phone to my order. So lets hope for Friday! I ordered a iPhone 7Plus 32 GB on Saturday morning with a estimated ship date of 09/30.


I have three iPhone 7+ matte black with a shipping date of 9/30. I hope you're right and they ship sooner. What did you ask them? Sometimes I wonder about their chat specialist, they don't always seem to know correct information

Coming from T-Mobile prepaid, after doing extensive researcher the past 3 days or so, I canceled my Apple order and decided to switch to Sprint. I hoping for the best with this network.:)

I think assigning a phone to the order means waiting for a shipment of phones to come in and then processing the orders so I don't think it means they're coming any earlier but I hope I'm wrong

Where do you check your actual ship date? My email just shoes the "if you ordered by 9am it will ship by 10/6 etc)

Welcome! As with all networks, its location dependent. For me, I have had all Carriers, and stuck with Sprint for the last 6 years. I have pretty decent coverage and speeds. Plus the price is pretty good for me.

Damn my order says it will ship 11/11... I wonder if ai change my order to matte black I would get it sooner.

I did no information yet I will go to the store on friday hoping my phone is there I don't think it will be I got the 7+128gb jet black, My husbands might be there I ordered him the 7+ 128gb matte black. I wonder if the store has there own supply ?

My wife and I went to a sprint store and placed a pre-order for a iphone 7 32 GB Black. We are upgrading my wife's line but she's switching hardware with me; she's getting my 6s and I the 7 because she prefers to keep the headphone jack despite the adapter. I love my 6s and didn't push to switch but I offered and she said yes. She is upgrading from a 6 and strangely had cell signal and performance issues on hers so after two years I told her lets just upgrade her line. I think she'll be far happier with the 6s.

I placed the pre-order this past Saturday and he told me 3-5 business days it will arrive so I'm assuming earliest is this Friday or later, not sure as I don't have tracking on it yet...
 
Question...like everyone else, I have a ship date of Oct 7 for my 256GB Jet Black Plus.

Do you guys think we'll have them by the Monday the Oct 10?

Do they deliver on Saturdays or no?

i did the live chat thingy and sometimes the person will just say what the site says and sometimes they will go in depth because this morning i asked the same question and the rep gave me the same information i just had to ask for it instead of it all being given to me. but they did confirm that my iPhone had been fully processed.

Great news! Unfortunately I wasn't able to select the line I wanted to upgrade until a little after 4:00 due to the site issues. Hoping to receive the tracking info soon and you give me hope. LOL

I was surprised mine went through, I logged in at 258am and selected upgrade and then chose my phone, color, ect. Then when it got to the billing page I entered my card info and hit submit and it gave me an error message, i was about to hit the back button to try again but all of a sudden it went through and gave me my receipt. I think I was lucky.

I ordered the phone about 7 AM CST on the 9th - there was no date provided, just that it would ship sometime after October 7th of it had been submitted prior to 8 AM CST on September 9.

The Sprint person I communicated with said that my best bet was to cancel today, then re-order with a different color but I believe I'm going to take my chances friday. Or maybe I'll wait until the hoopla is over. I haven't made up my mind.
