I about had a heart attack this morning about that. Wow.. very strange but I hope this is good news for us that something is being updated.
Waiting on email. Like everyone have said we might not receive an email with shipping info until the day it's delivered. I ordered the 128GB silver iPhone 7 Plus. I'm trying to be patient but I can't wait to hold my iPhone.
Incorrect. I think my past two orders I haven't received tracking info until the night before or the day after. Weird, but Sprint is horrible at this part of the process.
I was having the same issue until I turned off my VPN; the files were able to get to my computer after that. Your mileage may vary...
Guys, this is not related to tracking I know, but I need to ask this question; the Sprint clerk I spoke with when I ordered the iphone 7 told me the free iphone 7 offer they have wasn't actually being given free of charge, rather you didn't have to put any money down up front is what the deal was referring.
However, I keep reading online that you actually do get it free, through $27 a month credits to your bill after one to two billing cycles. My wife is upgrading her line and had her iphone 6 for almost two years; if I pay off the remaining balance of her lease and own her old phone outright, should I be able to take advantage of this deal? Is the Sprint Rep correct about not qualifying for this offer or is he given me false information? I have time as I have yet to pick up the new phone obviously so if that is the case that I'm correct I can dispute it when I see him again. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Ok...so for the heck of it, I just got off the phone with Sprint Sales...just to inquire about my order.
She told me that my iPhone 7 Plus will ship Sept 30 .. Not Oct 7. She said that I should receive it someone the first with week of October.
Like I said I just wanted to call for the heck of it.
Since my card has between actually charged... I'm hoping I get mine a lot earlier.

You would need to pay off the lease and pay the purchase option price of the device. Then you would own the phone and can turn it in.
The grand total of the lease and purchase price is about $200 so its a no brainer to pay that off and then get the deal; I'll be speaking with the Sprint rep and get this settled, can't imagine he would not want to give me the promotion but I suspect he just may not have known about it when I went in....
I'd first make sure the lease balance shows up as zero with Sprint Finance. Once you can confirm it's a zero balance and it's your phone to keep, your account should reflect accordingly and can take advantage of the promotion with no problems. Then again, this is Sprint; there are no certainties.
I've actually had good success with sprint since I started with them in 2011, but I know things happen and I've heard horror stories about customer service. I called a customer rep over the phone before I went in and the lady was trying to tell me I was on a promotion that expired in july even though the credit showed on my bill (this was for two lines I added to my account in August). The lady clearly didn't know what she was talking about and at that point I told myself I really need to be on top of this with the lack of communication. Thanks for your help on this I will follow up with sprint finance.
Damn I'm in the same boat of trying to be patient but it's so hard to, I check these forums and my email every hour or so to see if anyone else has started to get emails or to pray I got mine lol
I ordered a Black 128gb 7 around 7amEST on 9/9. Got my shipping email at 12:05AM Monday, complete with UPS tracking. Set to deliver Friday.
Around 4pm EST. I'm surprised I got a 9/16 delivery date with ordering that late. Must just be because of the model I ordered (Black 256gb 7)!

I also had a hold on my debit card, but as of late last night, the charge went through for me too!
Preordered 7+ 32GB Gold 4:21 AM on Friday. Sprint has charged my account. I searched the UPS website using my order confirmation number (just the numeric part) and it says a shipping label has been created. However, it says it is shipping to Albany, Georgia. I am not anywhere near Georgia.
My card was charged!!!!! Ordered 7+ Rose Gold 128gb. Confirmation came on 9/9 at 3:27am central time!

I'm curious as to why the UPS website says that my order is going to Georgia when I entered my emailed order number. Hiccup in the system? Is my phone going to the wrong place? Is it even my phone or was it just a coincidence that another UPS reference number was the same as mine?
Almost certainly a coincidence...when did it say the label was created? I'm guessing you didn't narrow down by ZIP code so it searched the whole US so it wouldn't be surprising....I tried my order number and it came up with nothing. You can also try using your account number which should be another reference for the package.
