Sprint is notorious for not sending out tracking numbers until the night before or even the morning of delivery. Happened last year (#684) and also the year before that (#1424,#1438).Yep. Mine is up there for 9/30. If we don't get our tracking numbers tomorrow, it's unlikely we will get ours by launch day.
Guys, the estimated ship dates are all bull. Most of you will have it on release day. All the October / November dates will probably get them next week. All sprint gets are estimates, which are way off. They don't have the stock and apple doesn't give them information so they just say random dates based on quantity preordered.
Has anyone begun to see emails?
Well that's not true I been with sprint for about 6 years and I was able to do that a few times. Hell I did it when I first joined sprint.
Um, my wife's previous device was active for almost 2 years and we are upgrading now, and like I stated we already did otherwise they would have told us.

No return kit tracking number here. Sorry if you said this before but, what time did you order?No tracking email for me yet. Seeing tracking number for return kit on Sprint's website however.
I assure you I am not a liar. I've been with Sprint for 15 years and the 2 times I tried to upgrade one line and then move the phone to a different line, I was told it couldn't be done.

No they do not unless you pay a hefty extra fee. I seriously doubt Sprint's free overnight shipping offer includes Saturday delivery.
You can definitely swap the phone to a different line with no issues. I work at Best Buy Mobile and our system even has an option to allow us to take the upgrade from one line on the account and use it for another line on the same account.Nah no worries. Store clerk probably told me I was good to switch since my wife had more time and therefore didn't give me a hassle. I didn't even know they had that policy to begin with so no harm no foul.
Same here..Did you find out why? No matter which plan I use it states to click the box to return my phone. My phone is paid for and I want to keep it.
Each product ID item has its own status message. That backorder message is for the return kit.
My order still shows 9/30 ship date. I have no insider information on Sprint's logistics, but my guess is that Sprint doesn't have any Plus models in Louisville yet. Barring any unforeseen customs issues in Anchorage, these models will arrive in Louisville sometime early next week, and the 9/30 ship dates will update to 9/16. This is what I keep telling myself anyway, lol.

Well I work for ups and I can guarantee you we delivery on Saturday. It's mainly next day air, 2nd day air, and Eam's (early am) packages. Next day air is what 14-16 dollars depending on weight and where it's goingI assure you I am not a liar. This is true for every iPhone release. Look at every carrier's ETA and you'll see a trend. We're all thrown into pools. Once Sprint gets the units, it's first come first serve.
Distribution centers move quick, but the lot of us might not get tracking info until the day before.

I Preordered iPhone 7+ 128gb Jet Black. Ordered within the first 30 mins. Processed email at 4:30 9/9. Same email shows Shipping 9/9 with ETA 10/7.
Order Status shows with back ordered return kit.
I don't believe the 14.95 priority shipping makes a difference for a preorder.

On my mac, when i check on safari it gives me the same message but it works when I check on the chrome browser.
So let me tell you about what I've learned and maybe this helps. I ordered an iPhone 7 plus 256g gold. They sent me an email that morning right after I ordered and it gave me a 9/23 date. Over the weekend when I checked my account and had more money then I expected I noticed Sprint refunded me the money. I assumed it was just the hold and that it would come off until the phone shipped but I called telesales just to be sure. The guy I spoke with went through my order to make sure everything was ok and he said "everything is good I had your phone shipping 9/16". I asked him are you sure? He said yea that's what my system show.
You can and call telesales and have them check your order and see what the shipping date it.

Yeah, it's an issue many people are having. I can view my order status on my iPhone or on my work PC, but I get the error message on my personal MBP on Safari.Strange. Went to check the status of my orders with my order numbers and this morning it says they cannot be found.
I have usually been hit refresh but this morning I put on the order number again copy and paste. Both now say "Last updated: 09/13/2016

Now here is the strange part. When I get this message, its on my iPhone via Safari. But when I check on my PC via Chrome the order numbers work.
