Have you already received other phones and you're waiting on this rg? Are you already using sprint service if so?

I've switched one of two lines from att as well to try before switching the other. I received a 256+ mb on 9/26. Ordered 11pm on 9/9 over phone.

Slow data and inability to use data while talking are making me question. I wonder how much of a pain it would be to get my # back on att.


so yes i have received my phone (7 128GB Silver) on 9/16 but I haven't activated it because I didn't want two bills...so I'm waiting for the RG phone in order to port over both lines...I only keep hearing bad things about the sprint service haha...I wonder if I'll regret my decision...
 
Well I am receiving my 7+ 256GB JB today. The 7+ 128GB JB is still pending...ugh...at least that is one more than I had yesterday. Order # 803528XXX for the JB 128GB.

ordered on the 10 so I was expecting some type of movement on my phone. I just feel for the people who ordered before me and still didint get there phone or at least tracking. Never ever ever ever did I mention any thing about ordering on the 17th. If I did order on the 17th I wouldn't even bother checking the status of my phone any time soon. But any ways got to go phone should be here any minute now. Good luck to all. I will no longer be posting
 
Didn't you say you ordered on the 17th? If so, you still have some sitting around time to complain. Meanwhile, many of us here ordered before the 12th and haven't received any updates whatsoever. I ordered a + 128 MB and + 128 RG on the 11th at 3:00 AM EST. I've had zero movement on my order status page.

Did you check the estimated ship dates page when you placed your order? It probably stated an October timeframe on the 17th. Since that was the day after release, you probably would've been better off trying ANY store - Sprint, Best Buy, Apple etc.

Considering the 30th is Friday, if you get a tracking number Friday, you won't have the phone before Monday or Tuesday next week. All of the dates posted by Sprint are "ship by" dates, not "deliver buy" dates. UPS doesn't deliver on Saturdays...
The phones tend to get shipped by next day air saver so they should have it by Monday if it gets shipped Friday, some people actually got theirs on a Saturday as well.

Just got this from Sprint care via Twitter after finally getting sick of the BS and putting Sprint on blast along with their CEO mentioned in every tweet. My DM message was what's posted above. If this is true I'm beyond done with this company.
That 11/9 date is for people that are just now ordering, if you ordered according to the deadline of sprint.com/myorder your phone is prepared by those dates.

Zo804 is right guys. Dont listen to anything they say because like i said before i have been told 10 different things from 10 different employess. Only thing that i can tell you 100% is that you will get that email about the order.

I just spoke with order support and they said the dates I received from the Twitter account were based on the most recent order date.

I was also told that the website and "ship by" or "delivery" dates were updated about an hour ago based on the most recent information they received from Apple.

In closing, the rep at order support said if my dates were going to change, they would have changed with the most recent update and I that I should expect to receive shipping information either today or tomorrow with an expected deliver date of no later than Tuesday the 4th.

I felt like I was holding someone for ransom because I told them they had 24 hours or else I'll gladly spend my money with Verizon. Ha!

Yea I just got off the phone with them also and they told me the same thing. And I'm right there with you on that lol

I asked about that yesterday after speaking with Marci and they said the order number has nothing to do with place in line. Supposedly its randomly generated

I'm just glad to see someone from Sprint actually admit that... several people have been told that was a first come first serve basis but that was obviously not the case.

when opening an account with sprint there was nothing where you had to indicate that you would be doing the promotion...you go to the rebate website and print out a shipping label and send your phone back and you will get the credit...so I can't imagine it's anywhere on your account...if you never send your phone you won't get the credit.

That makes sense. The rep wasn't able to tell me that so I'm supposed to have a call back

Okay, so for the most part I have had a pretty good run with Sprint over the last 16 years. Overall their data, voice and all that have been good which might be a direct result of where I live.

All that being said, I have never had to deal with them on this level and it has shown just how incapable they really are at handling the launch in relationship with Sprint.

I ordered my "6" in store and had it on launch day so this experience has been one I would like to forget. "Did you hear that Sprint"?
 
How do I sign up or purchase Saturday delivery? Just in case they do ship tomorrow, I want mine Saturday
