Since I'm one of the people on that iphone forever deal, and because I ordered in store it's going to come to the store. Interestingly, the store I ordered from is about a 250 foot walk from the side door of my workplace. So I come in and see where I'm at every few days. I clued the "regular" employees there about the Hanjin shipping debacle which they weren't aware of - just that the 7's and 7+'s were in short supply and any shipment they'd get would sell out really quickly.

So several days after I ordered they had given me the "the week before Halloween" speech. But now, they've moved it up about 10-15 days.

Apparently the Sprint order people have access to a system called "\Pub" that allowed them to get a bigger picture of the inventory available and they must have gotten a large shipment.

Still not large enough but the wind is blowing my way. I hate to think of what the iPhone8 or 7s situation will be like.

As for me and my 9/9 256 Plus MB UPS tells me In Transit Status from yesterday means nothing. It hasn't even been scanned according to them. The In Transit Status was changed by Sprint but it doesn't mean my package is moving.

I don't even care anymore. I kinda hope it never comes so I won't be locked into Sprint. I'm done calling Sprint and emailing VP's

I reported my package as missing. Someone somewhere is ****ing up big time. UPS is blaming sprint and sprint is blaming UPS. I don't really care if I get it now.

Where is this \Pub and where did you see it. Im assuming its internal

I believe a package doesn't exists for me. For the life me I can't understand someone at Sprint not saying I should have it the next business day if it's shipped next day air or at least be at my local UPS facility next business day.

Don't lose hope people,
Chantel told me to give her 24 hrs to see if she can find any phones available and before I went to bed I had a tracking #.
Now anytime ups will deliver my 7+ . Very surprised it's actually coming, when people say they will go out of their way to help you it seems to good to be true..

It's about ****ing time!!!!! Ordered 9/10 around 4pm but got confirmation around 7pm 7+ MB 32GB

Well I guess I'll have to call Sprint again. My phantom 7Plus is show up on my bill. Not being charged this month because I got customer care to credit my account. But I'll have to deal with this crap before my next bill is due on 10/18.
 
Let's hope for the people who just got shipping (including me) they put it as next day delivery
 
Okay, so for the most part I have had a pretty good run with Sprint over the last 16 years. Overall their data, voice and all that have been good which might be a direct result of where I live.

All that being said, I have never had to deal with them on this level and it has shown just how incapable they really are at handling the launch in relationship with Sprint.

I ordered my "6" in store and had it on launch day so this experience has been one I would like to forget. "Did you hear that Sprint"?
Man it's been one long half hour since Sprint promised a callback

Sounds like they are giving priority to expensive models. Best Buy is shipping 256gb 7+ in 1 business day. I cant switch.. Im afraid to lose my spot and contemplating 24 months vs 17. What if I end up getting the same run around with them and they start blaming Apple? oh well

Some colors come quicker then others, but Best Buy has a quicker shipment estimate then sprint at this current moment. Rose Gold has been getting shipped the quickest out of every model.

32gb ones also.

Too bad BestBuy marked up the phones +$100 or else I would have bought it outright from them.

MB and RG 256gb 7+ ships in a day, the others are 2-3 week delay if ordered now. Even with the 2-3 week delay, its quicker than waiting for our preorders from sprint
