Did you check the estimated ship dates page when you placed your order? It probably stated an October timeframe on the 17th. Since that was the day after release, you probably would've been better off trying ANY store - Sprint, Best Buy, Apple etc.

Considering the 30th is Friday, if you get a tracking number Friday, you won't have the phone before Monday or Tuesday next week. All of the dates posted by Sprint are "ship by" dates, not "deliver buy" dates. UPS doesn't deliver on Saturdays...

No. I ordered on the 16th at 4am. Even then. I was still told when I ordered that I would get it no later than 30th. I'm sorry that some of you (possibly yourself) have waited as long as you have waited, but I ordered when I did to try to get it by a specific date. The fact doesn't change that I was told one thing and it wasn't true. I hate liars. I ordered when I did because of a guarteed 30th deliver date.

Longtime lurker here. I ordered 2 MB 32 GB on Sept 11 at 10 AM Oder # oy-shso-80394xxxx on both. They both shipped @ 11:30 last night, next day air! Both will be here today! UPS shows them in my city already!! I can't complain because Sprint did say from the get go it would ship before the 30th and it did. However, I understand where you all are coming from. This has been the craziest launch yet! Good luck to those who are still waiting! May you see movement today!! :)

That's wild man, I ordered the 128 + JB 7+ on 9/9 at 2pm in store and still only got worth the wait email 2 days ago. So I have no clue whats going on. Very unfortunate.
 
Well.... I ordered two 128gb + IPhones (MB & RG) on 9/10.

From day one the ship by date has not moved showing 9/30. As of this morning I still do not have any type of shipping information and can say that after 16 years with Sprint, they're either going to come through with their ship by date promise or I'm canceling my order and moving to Verizon.

I've already paid a nice chunk of money which was processed and taken out of my account on 9/12 so to say that I'll be pissed if I don't have something by tomorrow will be a major understatement.

I'm beginning to be concerned as one of my phones (RG 32GB +) says ship by September 30th and I have not heard anything...I am switching over from ATT and if I don't get shipping by tomorrow i will be cancelling as it's probably a sign of more to come...I placed my order on 9/12...oy-shso-80411
 
im doing the same thing, ordered 6pm on 9/10
oy-shso-80392 if it doesnt ship by today im going to verizon, end of story this is bull**** sitting around waiting most of the day thinking its going to ship but nope

I hope you get tracking.
As for me and my 9/9 256 Plus MB UPS tells me In Transit Status from yesterday means nothing. It hasn't even been scanned according to them. The In Transit Status was changed by Sprint but it doesn't mean my package is moving.

I don't even care anymore. I kinda hope it never comes so I won't be locked into Sprint. I'm done calling Sprint and emailing VP's

Yep... I emailed Marci again this morning and basically said if they don't figure out a way to honor the ship by date of 9/30 then I'm out all together.

My issue isn't necessarily with the wait. My iPhone 6 works perfectly still. It's the fact that I ordered on 9/10 and had money taken out of my account on 9/12 and here we are almost 3 weeks later with absolutely nothing to show for it.

I'm a pretty laid back dude when it comes to junk like this but my boiling point is about to be reached.

Man I feel you.
You spend money on something you should get it. That's how I feel. I'm way beyond getting it on release day. I'm way beyond getting it shipped on the day that was originally estimated.
What got me going nuts is that my order is supposedly in their warehouse I don't understand why with next day air i can't get it next day.
They got their money the second I pressed submit.

Just got this from Sprint care via Twitter after finally getting sick of the BS and putting Sprint on blast along with their CEO mentioned in every tweet. My DM message was what's posted above. If this is true I'm beyond done with this company.

Have you already received other phones and you're waiting on this rg? Are you already using sprint service if so?

I've switched one of two lines from att as well to try before switching the other. I received a 256+ mb on 9/26. Ordered 11pm on 9/9 over phone.

Slow data and inability to use data while talking are making me question. I wonder how much of a pain it would be to get my # back on att.
