You have to enroll your phone into the buy back option and use promo code iPhone. They will send confirmation thru email and at the bottom of the email open up the PDF, it will explain what to do with your phone. I suggest anyone doing this takes as much evidence as possible to protect your self for any bull down the road.

I've loaded my phone into the cart on the buyback page and it sets the value at 0 indicating that there will be account credits. It seems to be working even though it's not yet associating with my Sprint account or number yet.

With customer service giving me the runaround the last couple of days, should I go through with this with the "IPHONE" promo expecting them to give the credits? The buyback policy states Sprint will not return phones in any circumstance if they are deemed ineligible. I don't want to throw an iPhone 6 in the toilet for nothing. I can always sell it on Ebay but that's not what I signed up for when I started this with Sprint. I want the $650.

edit - I just called and talked with Kamar and he said he was going to make a note that he told me I was doing this correct. I'm still interested to hear what this group has to say.

To those still waiting on a phone try to contact Marci department and try to get a credit for your current bill, I got one yesterday and no longer have a bill he said why should I have a bill and I don't even have the phone yet. So I got freed of $65 so I can wait another week now lol.

No shipment for me either. But I got an email from Sprint about talking a survey.
I really think they don't want to know our opinions. At this point I would not recommend them to anyone!

Well if a 7+ is what you paid for you should probably see if you can go into a Apple Store since they seem to keep a stock and if they have the phone just exchange it. Cause I can only imagine that they will have to reimburse you and then re order the phone and u have to wait even longer.

Yep tried the corporate store. No stock. Changing to Matte Black in hopes I get it sooner. Having to reorder through TeleSales. :(

That happened to a friend - ordered an iPhone7 Plus and received a 7.

Then I got a call from Sprint escalations this morning: in brief one of the explanations I received was that Apple was being "stingy" with the iPhone 7 Plus. Or rather that they are having problems meeting demand.

Stay the course, keep waiting, etc. Or cancel and take chances elsewhere. Your choice.

I got close to the same email. Something along the lines of "some things are worth waiting for, and this is one of them". I ordered a jet black 128g 7+ on 9/15, so I expect to be waiting or a while before I can report good news.

Yeah, lol that was the first email most of us got. One of the reps told a poster that they will be sending those emails out every week... Seems to be true because I got one yesterday, and last friday

So basically I should expect these emails till sometime around Thanksgiving. Looking forward to it.
 
Exactly a week ago today that I got tracking on the phone that was supposedly lost by UPS. Ordered 9/9 3:49am 7P 256 Black.
Ordering another with Marci's people on Monday which suppose ship overnight for Tuesday delivery. I'll believe it when I get it.
Been a total Cluster F*ck
 
I finally gave up and cancelled my preorder . Went to my local Apple Store and bought a Gold 256GB iPhone 7 Plus. The jet black was nice but honestly for me the color isn't as important to me.
