My experience with the reps from Marci's office have been positive.
The first guy I talked to Darren who informed me that my original order was lost by UPS was off on Friday but he told me Nick would be in contact with me Friday morning and Nick did call and got the refund process going.
I tried to get a new order going that would have been shipped Friday but when he ran my debit card I totally forgot there wasn't enough in my account to cover it and it got declined.
When I made a cash deposit 20 minutes later to more than cover the phone it kept getting declined because Sprint must have a 24 hour reset on a decline. My bank said I was good.
This guy Nick even took it upon himself to call Apple stores in my area to see what the stock was like. He checked my local Sprint store but they no Plus in any color only regular 7's.
In my email to Marci I was clear how bad Customer Service and Order Support was even a Order Support supervisor refusing to speak to me. I told one rep that I was going to email every executive he said "please don't do that".
It was impossible to get the regular reps to see that if you have a tracking number and the package ships next day air and there are no scans there must be a problem after 4 days.
