Got a date on the phone with Marci's team tomorrow to get a new order popping.
If they don't have a Plus 256 MB ready go screw it I'll wait to get one in a Sprint store whenever they get them.

And to think I was considering cancelling mine with Sprint and buying at Best Buy. I think I may just wait it out. Knowing my luck I would cancel with Sprint then 7+ 256GB RG would sell out at Best Buy.
My thoughts exactly and with everyone's site sayin 2-3weeks and mine being scheduled to ship in the next 2 I will just wait

Us jet black, 128gb either, damn wouldn't know what to do with a 256gb
 
Oh I got 3 of those, back to back.

I just sent a email to Joan stating I have no current information on my order. No email about a delay nor anything on the website stating a delay. I need to know what is going on with my order.

I'm waiting for both MB and RG 128. Escalations called me Friday night and said the RG should have a tracking number that night but I still don't have 1 but I did receive the your phone is on backorder email for both phones
According to Joan she can only see when an ESN is attached to a phone and not the actual tracking.

OMG I can't with this process!!!! Is the Marci person the one to contact?
Once I emailed marci I got a call from someone. The first call he wanted to know what I ordered and when. He was like that one is not super popular so let me do some checking and I will call you back in a couple hours. I honestly thought he isn't gonna call back but he did an hour later. He said they are going to try to get me a tacking number this weekend and someone will be in touch with me on Monday, he can't because he is off.
 
The 7 plus Rose Gold 128 is still showing ship by 9/30. WTF

Exactly. And when I talked to (I forgot her name, I left her contact info on my work desk) she said they were supposed to update that, but clearly they haven't.

Joan told me the same thing Friday morning, my order didn't have a serial number attached to it so she had no idea when it would ship, it shipped Friday night and is being delivered tomorrow.

My experience with the reps from Marci's office have been positive.
The first guy I talked to Darren who informed me that my original order was lost by UPS was off on Friday but he told me Nick would be in contact with me Friday morning and Nick did call and got the refund process going.

I tried to get a new order going that would have been shipped Friday but when he ran my debit card I totally forgot there wasn't enough in my account to cover it and it got declined.
When I made a cash deposit 20 minutes later to more than cover the phone it kept getting declined because Sprint must have a 24 hour reset on a decline. My bank said I was good.

This guy Nick even took it upon himself to call Apple stores in my area to see what the stock was like. He checked my local Sprint store but they no Plus in any color only regular 7's.

In my email to Marci I was clear how bad Customer Service and Order Support was even a Order Support supervisor refusing to speak to me. I told one rep that I was going to email every executive he said "please don't do that".

It was impossible to get the regular reps to see that if you have a tracking number and the package ships next day air and there are no scans there must be a problem after 4 days.

There's definitely a problem somewhere because my package was picked up early Saturday morning in Louisville and is sitting at the UPS hub for delivery tomorrow and sprint/myorder is still showing it as being processed.

If it doesn't move tomorrow as in out for delivery something may be wrong. I hope it's good though.
