I talked with someone on Marci's team today and he seems to be trying to help but this is like the fourth person at Sprint who I have asked, "how do I turn in my trade in phone for the free iphone 7 promotion?" and they act like they have never heard of such a thing. They refer to having so many promotions it's hard to find one.
It was all over the national news that the big four carriers were offering free iPhone 7s for the last couple of weeks. Sprint was in the news saying their pre-orders were huge compared to years past so how does customer service act like they haven't heard of this?
I think I saw somewhere it ended on Sept 28th
