So I guess what my friend has been telling me today is right. He works at the Apple Store here at the Galleria in HOuston and he told me that the Jetblack +s have been moving along rather well in the last 10 days. Especially for Verizon, at&t and their store. Creeping through the threads here on verizon, at&t and tmobile they all seem to be getting their phones BUT Sprint. What the heck is going on with friggin Sprint? All these people on these carriers have been getting their phones and they ordered on 9/9 or 9/10, but me? all I get is "We'll call you when the phone gets here" Baloney!! Been with Sprint since 2003, but I'm seriously considering changing carriers.

Is pissing me off. I can't cancel the order till the phone gets here, and today I received an email saying my ordered has been back-ordered and don't expect it till November.
 
My friend who has Sprint just told me that he got a message that his phone was shipped.

He had the same issue in that the jet black would take too long and cancelled his order then it took a while for him to get a refund on the amount down he paid so he could reorder in the matte black color ("black").

So he ordered the day prior to my re-order, that would be the 24th. I ordered on the 25th (sunday) after my cancellation, waiting for my eligibility to be reset and then dealt with the aftermath of dental surgery.

He ordered 256 gig iPhone 7 Plus black as did I.

So he is already getting a "your phone has shipped message".

I've been told that my phone might not arrive until 3 more weeks pass. I get the idea they are using a random number generator to indicate when things ship.

Strangely, I am aware of people who preordered the night they became available still waiting.

I understand way to well. I am an Apple Engineer and I use these phones for App development and testing and its EXTREMELY hard to do what I do without this device lol. Being constantly passed around, no real responses but copy and paste stuff... its getting really old.
 
Well I got a call this morning from Sarah from Marci's team. She assured me that Darren would expedite a new order so I bit the bullet and placed a order with Sarah. Darren did call about 20 minutes ago and confirmed that he placed a emergency ticket with logistics and waiting on confirmation from them. So we'll see what happens. I give them credit for following up and although I've dealt with 3 people they all know the details of my case never had to explain what's been going on.
Again I placed a order for a 7P 256 MB 9/9 3:49am which I got tracking for on 9/24 and after 5 days the package never moved. After emailing Marci and every other executive including the CEO due to poor Customer Service and Order Support after a few days it was determined to have been lost by UPS.

Whats the CEO's email? I will say the same thing! This is ridiculous
 
Brown truck just delivered, UPS driver handed me the box, I said no signature required, looked at his scanner and said nope.
The experience has been real, the forum fun, but the journey hasn't been real fun!!

Well I went on 9/9 at 10am when they opened only to be told since I'm part of a family plan with my brother in law. One of the associates told me that the main holder needed to authorize me to purchase a phone which I found odd since I've never needed an authorization before. She told me well the other way is for him to be here with you. It was a Friday a workday and he was at work downtown. So pretty much I had to wait till Saturday 9/10 only to be told by another associate that they didn't need the account main holder to be here to order the phone. I was pissed because when I want it to order it on 9/9 I'd figured it be 2 weeks max before I received it. When I ordered it on 9/10 the time track was middle November 11/11-11/18. All they could do was apologize. I'm upset cuz I'm seeing people that ordered on 9/10 get theirs but not me. Is my first time trying an Apple Phone, been a Galaxy and HTC guy, but my current phone The Note 4 has been giving out on me and I can't wait till November to get another useful phone.

Yeah that sucks I ordered 9/9 @ 1pm and I'm watching people who ordered 2-4 hours after me get their shipping information and I'm still waiting meanwhile my 6s is dying every half an hour and because I ordered in store I don't get the choice to even check my order this whole experience has been crazy.
 
Haven't posted on here before but had a horrible experience with sprint..... ordered 9/11/16 Sprint iPhone 7 Plus 128GB Black at the sprint store.... well 9/30/16 came still nothing but got email about back ordered again...... well went to sprint store to cancel and i couldn't because they need to have the phone first to cancel? doesn't make any sense... so i have another line that had upgrade... went to best buy website and ordered Sprint iPhone 7 Plus 256GB Black.... ordered that one later in the day 9/30/16.... today got confirmation that my best buy order has been shipped and should be here tomorrow... will never pre order with sprint again.... Best of hopes for all of you!
