Carrier iPhone 7/7+ Sprint Pre-Order Thread

Still waiting on my JB 128gb+ ordered in store on 9/9 at 1pm evertime I talk to Marci's team they have no information but I do get credit off my bill so that one thing but I need my phone my 6s is acting stupid and dying every half hour

Well that means Best Buy isn't any better at the moment lol everyone getting delayed except Apple stores they make sure to keep their own companies stocked first.
 
I ordered my 7 + JB 128 GB on the 9th and still haven't gotten any shipping info. I got the worth the wait email and the it wont be long now email, however I did email Marci like everyone had been suggesting on here. With that I might not have seen results on getting my phone any quicker but someone called me within 30 minutes of emailing her. With that call they credited me 4 months worth of my current lease price which came out to $133. I guess that helps a little. I suppose I will wait until the 21st.

I ordered my JB 128gb+ at 2:03a CDT on 9/9, and I'm still waiting. How do I get a hold of this Marci and her team, so I can complain and try to get a credit like you did? Thanks!

I emailed Joan is escalations to see if there was an update..she said shipping 10/4-11 for the Rose Gold iPhone 7+ 128gb. I just emailed her back and said I thought it would be sooner since all the other cell phones providers have been doing some shipping this weekend. #irritated

She told me the same thing... Like it's only one week. And I'm like "so you say".
