I've got an idea.…from here out when someone gets a tracking number how about you list the size and model phone that you ordered. That would save all the "make and model" replys.

Their state will help too because honestly that's the only reason I can see people who ordered later then others getting their tracking first.
 
I spoke with Carmen from Marci's team earlier this morning. Even though I'm still waiting on my 32 7+, that wasn't my major complaint. My complaint was more about my ordering experience in store. Carmen refunded all the upgrade fees on my order for my shi**y experience in store. Had to ask about my late phone and unfortunately I didn't get any info on that front.

Back to the wait!
 
I contacted Marci last night about the whole ordeal. Shipments being sent out all out of order as if they are just drawing names from a hat. Pre-Order woes. How all other carriers are getting their phones out a lot quicker, weeks or months before their customers estimated shipment date while Sprint is just sitting here saying, sorry, we have no inventory. She responded back about 20 minutes later and said Aron would be contacting me soon. I got an email from Aron at like 10:30 last night asking for my contact information and a good time to call me so we shall see.

My friend received his 256 gig black plus he pre-ordered on the 24th this afternoon.

UPS tells me my 256 gig black plus (ordered on Sunday the 25th) has arrived at the Sprint store a couple hundred feet away from my workplace but I'm stuck at work until 5 p.m. Agony! No call from the folks at the Sprint store but I know they signed for it.
 
Definitely some weird stuff going on.
Marci's team told me my date is Oct 23rd.
/myorder shows 10/10-10/19
worth the wait email shows 10/12-10/18
Sprint store told me before Sept 30th.

yeah.. bad time to quit smoking.

Well, since I haven't heard anything yet, and many of you have had luck emailing her, I decided to send Marci an email about our experience. I probably wouldn't have, other than the fact that we had to place our order twice due to a glitch in their system.

Here's hoping for some sort of update from her.

Waiting on a 32MB+ & 128MB+...

You're going to love this phone. My wife has the RG ans is typically an avid "case" person but loves the color so much she's looking for an alternative to protect it.

Enjoy it and trust me... it was worth the wait!

I've been doing the same. I come in here and see who's still waiting. At this point I'm glad I cancelled my order and went to the Apple Store. But it seems like you have to get lucky and get an Apple employee that will sell the phone other than IUP. Luckily for me I got two of them. And emailed Marci over the experience I had (long story and goes back further than the iPhone preorder) and got a credit.

I got the black and love it. I normally use a case but I hate to cover it. Not a fan of clear cases because they usually scratch/fingerprint quickly. Plus I got the matte black and it seems like any clear case would just make it look like the jet black. If you ever figure out something protective but still shows the phone please post it.
