Same order on the 12th seems as if things are moving along a little
[doublepost=1475616395][/doublepost]7 planes taking off in the next 2 hours hopefully more tracking will roll in over night! Sprint should have people shipping around the clock to fix this!

I emailed Marci too idk if she'll be able to help me being as though I'm a brand new customer...but it's worth a try... More planes are expected for tomorrow's arrival so hopefully one of them has my phone on it lol

Matte black? The information they're stating is for NEW orders, as of today. When I talked to Jamie from Marci's office on Sunday, she said the sprint.com/myorder page is more accurate, as Order Support told her the same thing about my matte black. They're quoting new order shipping times.

Yeah, matte black. That makes me feel a little bit better. I'm hoping you're right and that's actually the case. I'm worried that my order is at the end anyway so the new order was technically placed on 9/22 even though it should have went in on 9/9.
 
Good to see some of you starting to see some movement! Just came to drop by and give my little review on the 7 plus that I received last Friday. It's exactly like the 6s plus I had lol the only difference I can tell is the home button and the camera. I can't believe I was stressing out and going crazy for this **** lol never again!!! But I'm going to keep it because sprint put me through hell to get it! So for all of you that have a 6s running iOS 10 it's not that big of a difference, but people with an older model it's a nice upgrade. I'm just really mad because of the hell I had to go through just for the same phone with a new number lol and I'm not here to talk down on anybody because I was right there with you all for the pass few weeks I'm just saying once you get the phone you're going to be really pissed off at sprint for putting you through all this just for this basic 7!
 
Got an email from Sprint today titled "Your iPhone is Getting Closer". Not sure if I'm getting the phone anytime soon, but keeping my expectations low.

My order is iPhone 7 Plus Jet Black color. In-store order on September 12 around 1 p.m.

Bummer. I'm coming from a 6. Even the 6s is ahead of my phone. And now it's slowing up with ios10 installed.

Yea if you are coming from a 6 then it's definitely a good upgrade. But I wish I would of just stuck with the 6s instead of letting sprint stress me out lol

Ya, im coming from the 6s running iOS 10, and I figured as much. Im still holding out, and hoping that in the long run its much better. The speakers, battery life, and the new screen are what I am most excited for. My screen is shattered, so i guess at this point, anything is an upgrade!

Well yea I would say the speaker quality on the 7 is amazing and the battery is alil bit better not much though! And yea having a shattered screen is the worst. But you'll have a new one in your hands soon

Ok so I emailed Marci and she had Jeff call me about 45-1 hour later. There's really nothing they can do he gave me a $25 credit to my bill. So I thank him for that but all we can do is wait wait and wait some more lol... He said they are expecting a big shipment from Apple this week and he's 70-80% sure I'll get my phone within the new window 10/4-10/11.

Again I ordered the Matt black 7 plus 32gb on 9/12 approx. 2-2:30pm est.

And im clearly pretty clumsy, so the water resistence will be nice too..

But you're probably right, not worth this stress, lol..

I've found a bug or two with iOS 10 and the 7 plus.

Had my device stop responding when I had the phone silenced, locked and with a reminder notification. Couldn't get it to respond until cleared and flipped the mute switch.

I keep looking in hoping to see you've gotten your device.
