Just the phone itself, with the phone erased and apple id signed out
 
Just got tracking for mb 7+ 128gb...ordered 9/13 around 9pm!!! Hopefully this gives some of you who ordered around this time some hope!!!

I ordered same at 7pm. Mine will be here Wednesday (today) before 3pm. yay? feels weird to finally see tracking. is this real?

Thats what I though but I chat with someone and the lady was so rude and said exactly this "Pamela C : Yes! All you accessories you got from Sprint you need to return to Sprint"

Yeah dont believe everything from them chats, but if you feel like you want to take the extra precaution and just send them you can. when I had to turn in my 6plus for the 6s I didn't have to do none of that

quick question, if you order at the store and your phone is being deliver to the store will you still get any kind of tracking info? I order in store 128gb MB 7+ on 9/16 8:00am, only thing i got so far is 3 worth the wait emails.

Not always. Some people reported getting tracking, while others had to call and was able to get a valid trackable working order number that was linked to their in store order number. Some though had no luck getting one.
 
One thing to note, when sending your phones back in or trade in, Be sure you sign out of your Apple ID before hand, because now if you factory reset it without signing out, it will put it into Activation Lock when turned back on for Set Up because the serial is still linked and signed in to your Apple ID.
 
Stay on Sprint about it. That sounds like my nightmare. Sprint said UPS had it UPS said they never got it?

Sprint confirmed this morning that UPS still hasn't received my package, and couldn't explain why it hasn't made it onto the truck for two days in a row now. But they assured me that it's nothing to worry about, and that it'll certainly be on tomorrow's, which is the same thing they said yesterday.

We are on the same boat!! Hopefully we get our phones this week!
 
One thing to note, when sending your phones back in or trade in, Be sure you sign out of your Apple ID before hand, because now if you factory reset it without signing out, it will put it into Activation Lock when turned back on for Set Up because the serial is still linked and signed in to your Apple ID.
What if you didn't sign out and already send the phone what happens next

Nah, just the phone. I've sent 4 or so back and have always just sent phone.

Edit: Just checked and they've finally processed the return 6S+. $400+ just dropped off bill.

What made me question it was that I got tracking on Saturday 9/24 like many others on this thread for the same phone 7P 256 MB
It was slated to be delivered that Tues 9/27.
Others were getting updated delivery for that Monday 9/26. I never did.
The rest was countless Customer Service calls which lead to emailing the SVP of Customer Service. Ultimately it was determined my original phone was lost by UPS but I believe it never made it out of the Sprint warehouse. So I had to cancel my original order and place a new order that was expedited by the VP's team. Ordered on a Monday got tracking on a Wednesday received phone that Thursday.
About 12 days from original receipt of tracking.

I actually read your experience, which is what had me concerned in the first place. I contacted Marci Carris about an hour ago and she has already assured me that they will be investigating the situation.
