I might have spoken too quickly. Marci's team got me a new phone preordered, but now they're saying there is nothing they can do to expedite my order. I have a new phone on order, but I'm at the back of the queue now with a ship date of 11/21-12/11, because of something completely out of my control. I'm back to being pissed, but I don't know what else I can do at this point.

The email I sent to Marci was pretty intense and it was CC'd to the CEO.
I don't know if that made a difference.

Yeah, my original order was on 9/12. My email to Marci was more polite than it was intense, perhaps I should have been a little more dramatic :oops:

Marci handed me over to Aron who contacted me via email wanting a phone number to call me at, but that was a week ago and never heard anything else from either of them.

My email to Marci I made sure I included my account number and phone number. Also it was CC'd to the CEO and another executive. I don't know if that got the ball rolling.

Yeah I included order number, phone number, all the info she would need but apparently she didn't feel the need to pass any of that over to him.

One would think Marci would get tired of this.

I still need to go after reimbursement for that phone years ago.

The only reason my email was intense was that a Order support supervisor refused to take my call that day and I was going back and forth with them and customer service for 2 hours. Everyone was telling me nothing could be done.
I expressed to Marci that of course something can be done.
 
A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated.

Just check ups and got this and i am so happy
 
OK. Ordered 9.23 sometime after noon. Silver 7+ 128GB. I got my tracking info just about 45 minutes ago, and delivery is expected for today!

Now, I called UPS to see if it was signature required; the representative told me "no," and I also updated MyUPS to state that the package could be left at the door. Does this sound accurate to those who have already taken shipment?

Yay congrats usually if they no signature then u dont have to worry about that

So we're at the 16th shipping point for mb 128 gb huh? I'd say this is gonna be the longest week of shipping for sprint and then we move on to the 17th
