Quick update
Original order: iPhone 7 plus mb 128 gb
Original order date: 10/4
I just got off the chat with sprint had to cancel my order because clearly sprint has a lot of 128 gb orders to fill because they are the most popular configuration. I'm now waiting so that I can order a JB iPhone 7 plus 256 gb. They told they have all colors available right except MB now that are 256 gb

Hopefully it will be here by Wednesday of next week I'll keep u updated

So I contacted Sprint. Canceled my 128GB JB 7+ and going to order the ready to ship 256GB version. He said upgrade will reset in 1-3 hours. For they can indeed cancel your preorder.

Got another "your iPhone is almost here!" E-mail yesterday. I rolled my eyes.

Then I angrily emailed my escalations person today after seeing people who ordered way after were recieving their orders.

And then, I checked my email for the umpteenth time looking for her response, and I got something waaaaay better: TRACKING!!!

Great addition to my week!

Omg. They've changed the shipping dates, AGAIN. I ordered a 32GB RG + on 9/10. This is the third time they've changed the shipping date:mad:o_O

So I canceled my order 3 hours ago. They told me it would take 2 hours for upgrade to reset. It hasn't. Now CS says it will take up to 4 hours. I'm demanding to get upper level management to manually reset it for me now because I know it's possible. I want to get my order in while they have the 256GB JB in stock ready to ship. He say's he is speaking with Supervisor to see about getting it reset now for me.

So he said he got it reset for me manually, and it should reflect online in 5-10 minutes.

So lesson learned today, they CAN cancel your order if it hasn't shipped. If they say they can't, demand management. My rep did it no questions asked. And they can reset upgrade immediately manually instead of waiting for the system to do it. You just have to get strict and demand upper level supervisor.

My upgrade was indeed reset and got my order placed for a 256GB 7+ in JB

Well guys as you may have noticed. At the Sprint.com/myorder page the availability of the 256GB for Rose, Jet Black, Silver and Gold are now Available which pisses me off because that's the one I wanted to get, but the guy at the Store assured me that I would get the 128GB faster. My 128GB still sitting on the November window so I ain't got time for that. I canceled my order, waited 2 hours to reset my eligibility and called another Sprint Store and they told me they're receiving 7 Jetblack 256gb tomorrow. So I'll be first at the store at 10am and hopefully by the time I leave the store I'd be having finally my phone. Is just $5 more on the lease a month and no down payment.

Yep. I saw that today. I canceled my 128GB JB and forced them to reset my upgrade right then and there. And replaced my order for a 256GB JB. SO hopefully I'll have shipping tomorrow and have it by Monday.
[doublepost=1476492870][/doublepost]Quick question for anyone who knows the answer, As I can't remember. As soon as I placed my order for the 256GB JB, the order status says

Status: Great news. The above item is being processed at our warehouse. Please look for an email with your ship tracking number or come back and visit us on this page (www.sprint.com/myorder). Does this happen before it ships or does it change to something else first.

My previous order always said they have received my order and refer to the estimated shipping dates or something and keep an eye out for tracking.

I have been lurking and watching this forum for updates on Sprint shipments for a few weeks now. I ordered a 7+ 128 JB and 7+ 128 Black on Sprint.com on 9/20, so my shipping dates were into November. I tried once before to go into an Apple Store to get my phone, but was told they could not do the iPhone Forever/18 month lease there. Well, after seeing someone post a screenshot of the available 7+s this afternoon I found that my closest Apple Store had both! Here is how my night went:
-I did an online chat with Apple Care and asked if the store was able to hook me up with Sprint's lease, or if the only option lease wise was Apple's. They told me online it isnt possible, but in store they could do ANY carrier leases.
-I reserved the Black for myself for a 5pm pickup, then tried to reserve my wife's. You can only reserve one per apple ID per day, so I tried to use her apple ID. By the time I completed the registration they were out of JBs :(
-I went to the apple store at 4:30 to make sure I wasnt wasting my time and canceling my order for nothing, they assured me it could be done.
-I sat on hold with Sprint Order Support for 35 minutes before getting to talk to someone. They canceled my 128 Black order and instantly reset my upgrade eligibility. I kept them on the phone while I checked in the MySprint app.
-By this time it was after 5pm and I was next up. The guy who helped me was the most patient person ever. I am really surprised he didn't just tell me I was out of luck. Things were moving along smoothly, the activation iPad he used got my account info and the option for an 18 month lease was there. We clicked it, it showed $0 due today and the same monthly price Sprint was quoting. Then we got an error message...It said my plan was not compatible with the device. (I have the Cut Your Bill In Half plan from when I came over from AT&T)
-He said he had just gotten an email about updated carrier plans. Sprint's section of this email said something about a new plan, the Unlimited something or other plan for $65/month. Obviously I didnt want to give up my current plan so we tried an online chat from the store's Mac since I didnt want to wait on hold for another half hour. They were no help, they kept acting like I owned the phone and tried to activate it.
-Finally the Apple employee called his Sprint rep. The rep said that she hadnt heard anything about only being able to use the new Unlimited plan to upgrade, but she would call National Sales Support. Meantime, we asked the rep if we could push it through with the Unlimited plan and have her switch it back right after. She agreed, but said the NSS team had to do it. They never called, so she escalated it to her District Manager. By now it is past 6 oclock and my wife started wondering why I had been at Apple for almost 2 hours.
-We were able to have the District Manager switch my line on our account to the Unlimited plan, but keep my wifes as-is. This allowed us to push the purchase through with the 18 month lease. He then verified that we upgraded and he switched my line back. He said that as long as one line still has the old plan he could switch it back, but not if both were switched at the same time.
-At 7:15 I walked out of the Apple Store with my brand new 7+ 128 Black that I was not supposed to get until 10/23-11/16.

Sorry for the long post. I just know a lot of us have been patiently waiting for Sprint. You do not have to! If you cancel your order make sure it is through Order Support because they can refresh your upgrade on the spot. I am now going to be checking that store's stock daily until the Jet Black is available again and the Apple employee, Sprint rep and District Manager are all aware we will have to go through this song and dance again.

I hope everyone else is able to get theirs soon!

Update: Tracking now working. Delivery Monday
Ordered JB 7+ 256gb yesterday afternoon. Conf email hour later.

Yep. I saw that today. I canceled my 128GB JB and forced them to reset my upgrade right then and there. And replaced my order for a 256GB JB. SO hopefully I'll have shipping tomorrow and have it by Monday.

And that's what mine said. I know we're not used to it but that's what it says when you order something they actually have in stock at the time. That means you'll have your phone Monday probably but Tuesday at the latest.
