Their expressing shipping says if it's ordered by 4PM, it will ship that day. I didn't order until like 7:30 so mine probably won't ship until Monday and I'll get it Tuesday.

Well folks, I've got my phone. 128g 7plus in JB. I picked it up at Target in College Point today. For anyone that's still waiting on a JB, they may have more in stock. If you're not that far it might be worth giving them a call.
Still waiting on my MB 128gb ordered 1:00pm on 9/16. Sprint lady told me over the phone yesterday that it won't be until 11/20 now even though it says online that it will deliver by 10/18. I told her that she's saying one thing, sprint chat support is saying another thing, and the my order page is saying another thing so who in the world am I supposed to be listening to
Your estimated delivery dates are 10/21-10/28. Technically they aren't late getting it out to you yet. Complaining probably wouldn't do any good because in their books, they are on time.

It says deliver by 10/19 at the latest. If they ship it tomorrow or Tuesday, you will have it by the 19th. They ship next day express delivery. Mine is scheduled to ship tomorrow and I will have it Tuesday. Don't listen to CS. They don't know their head from their ass. The information they give you is the same information on the myOrder page.
What's your estimated ship date? Cause there is only like 1-3 plans scheduled to delivery shipments in the next 12 hours. Normally it's like 5-8 plans.

lol this thread isn't dead YET. Ordered 9/9 originally Sprint sent wrong phone. They sent a regular 7 JB. Reordered correct phone on 10/1 a 128gb 7+ but in MB in hopes of getting it sooner.
Now seeing all I have to do is order the 256gb JB option and I get it this week boy does that seem more tempting.

Idk man they're shipping fast. I ordered the JB + 256 on Fri afternoon and it'll be here today. So I ordered another JB + 256 on Sat afternoon and I got tracking last nite for that one to be delivered tomorrow. So if not today for you, tomorrow for sure.
I see more than a few shipments inbound but to be fair my order is from the 9/17 batch so my sprint rep could be lying for all I know. She did say that my order is not at the backorder stage anymore so...
she might not be lying but i wouldnt be surprised if she was. mines is with the 9/17 -9/22 batch for mb 128g plus but they claimed i'd have it by the 19th but hey who knows.

Yeah I got tracking last night but I didn't start showing up in UPS's system until early this morning. Right now it just says a shipping label has been created.
MB+ 128 ordered on 9/20. Nothing for me yet. The wait has been frustrating though.
I ordered on 9/17, nothing yet. Was hoping for tracking this week but looking at other posts looks like hopefully next week
Not dead yet from what I can see! Seems like they're playing catch-up as soon as they can though.
My tracking is still only showing "Order Processed: Ready for UPS" which started showing up sometime early this morning. I know 100% I will have it tomorrow, but part of me had hope I would get it today if it shipped last night.

My thoughts on the iPhone 7: it overall is a major upgrade if you are coming from a 6, I have the 7+ MB and this phone is absolutely beautiful, great black finish and overall clean design. Phone runs smoothly and I have not had any issues with people claiming the phone makes hissing sounds because of the processor. The Zoom on the camera works fantastic, I was at a live Tyler the Creator concert on Saturday and got a clear video recording and photos with the great camera. Attached image just to show the quality of the photo while in zoom. I'm liking the phone and it was worth the wait but the wait needs to be less of a crazy process, hoping you all get your new devices very soon, I've been keeping an eye on the forum since I got mine!

Well they say you get what you pay for. Sprint may be cheaper but that definitely shows in their network and Customer Service. I've had both AT&T and Verizon and while they may be more, it shows in their Network and Customer Service. They make the money to spend on better support and training and not having to resource all their CS overseas. I've never gotten an American CS rep ever with Sprint.
