I really don't understand all the comments regarding ship dates. As I stated above, when I placed my order there was an icon. I clicked on it and it showed me all the aprox ship dates. All of the plus models had ship dates one to three weeks later. All the jet black models had ship dates in October. Having my phone Friday was important to me so I sought out the info before I placed my order. I didn't just assume that I would have my phone launch day. Sprint made it easy with the link right on the order page. I place my order at 4am PST on the 9th.

going to show a lot more its a topic before the phone dropped so imagine the amount of complaining and returns..... we will see but ya what happened to that dark blue color is the question ?!! lol legit that color wouldn't have lasted on shelved or sites from 3am to 3:01am
Right, and I'm telling you some of us didn't experience that. As I stated above, I recorded my purchase and just went back to confirm there was no mention of delayed shipments when I ordered.
Well one thing from my email, Sprint is wiping our bill for this month. I appreciate the offer on their part, although I was honest and told her I was still considering switching.
I am grateful, but would have preferred more transparency concerning this mess. As it stands now I am believing that 9/23 will indeed be the shipping window.

Again it's like how are other carriers able to get Pluses out on launch? And sprint can't? Looks bad.
I've been looking around att forum and a lot of pluses have not shipped nor any tracking numbers...
I would normally be pretty preoccupied with my iPhone 7+'s ship date, but I am getting sent an Oculus Rift in the mail this week so my disappointment with Sprint is being mitigated.

Sprint was the last carrier to partner with Apple. Sprint is the #4 carrier. Also, Sprint has the most restrictive iPhone. So my guess is that Sprint is at the bottom of Apples priority list.
(But then again Sprint did pay those millions to Apple in order to get the iPhone. But that was years ago so who knows where the two companies stand.)

At the moment sprint and tmobile have sold most iPhones in this release; agree they deffinitly are bottom of the list but I can assure you that apple deffinitly wont Bard them or send them last minute shipments meaning they wont get the last of inventory because now that apple sees difference I can bet they go up on the food chain.... att is falling slowly lol

Same here. He even said he "checked with the warehouse." So either that stupid effing order page has been perfectly accurate since last week, or they're reading from that same estimate page.
I find it weird how they told someone that the very first person to order a JB wouldn't receive one on launch day. I HIGHLY doubt that Sprint doesn't have at least a single JB model.
I'm a little late posting on this thread but I thought I'd still do it. I ordered a iP7 (not a +) 32GB Rose Gold 9/10 5:50 pm and just received my shipping email at 7:27 pm. I ordered very late and I'm shocked I'm still getting it on launch day. Yay!! It'll be a really nice to get home to my phone after my 10 hour shift on Friday.
I was even told to go to the website and that's where I will see the information she's given me.. so she didn't even try.. liars. lol I'm so sick of worrying about it. I got my order in quick. I want rose gold plus. It's not like I want anything new or whatever. lol I wish I could stop thinking about it but I can't... ugh.

When I ordered on 9.11 was told 2-3 weeks, but they waived all the fees for me. I've been with sprint 6 years.
I ordered the Iphone 6s last year, I remember vividly ordering it VERY VERY late (days upon days) and still got it on 9.26 ( My husband picked it up from the apartment, UPS just left it at the door) while I was dealing with our very very new baby in the hospital (less than 12 hrs old)
I ordered mine on 9.11.16 around 10:30 am cst due to it not giving me the option to send in my phone ( I wasn't going to pay $414.00 to keep it.
