There's hope! Got my order confirmation email 4:31am EST on 9/9 after Sprint's site gave me hell. Now I'm just waiting on that shipping email. Hopefully it comes in while I'm working tonight so I won't be so anxious..

It is down for me as well. I ordered a 7+ 128G matte black and haven't heard anything yet other than the usual by the 30th message. My concern reading through this thread is my order number starts with tm-tssi-5019XXXX and I haven't seen anyone else with that type of number so hopefully that is okay. I ordered through telesales at 10AM EST on the 9th after being on hold for 2 hours since the website had nowhere to put "billing address" and my CC's kept getting refused.

I'm thinking that their pushing out the 7's so server is down because they are updating their tracking and also about to put ours ( seeing some people have received tracking on the plus models )

This launch will be the death of me lol
