You know, I'm frustrated as, but... this is kind of, sort of, maybe just a little bit exciting digging around and looking for things. Learning new things as I go and enjoying the incredibly weird little community we've temporarily built up? I'm ok with that. But I still want my friggin' phone tomorrow.

So to all my 7+ 128 Matte Black homies - how are you coping? I'm off today and really don't want to spend 12 hours stressing out. Also, when do we give up hope of a Friday delivery? I've seen too many replies from those who have done this with Sprint in the past who said they got trackin the night before. Am I being naive? 🙁

well I use an aol email address for my sprint account and it looks like AOL is down of course .. lol .. just my luck
My contact at a local Sprint (corporate) Store at a big mall here in NC just sent me a picture of the stock they received. (All iPhone 7, zero 7+). A total of 11 devices (4 RG , 7 Matte Blk) When I worked for Sprint years ago this store got the most stock in the area.
Someone just posted in the 7+ thread that they just got shipping for a 7+ 128GBmatte black and they ordered last Saturday at 1pm. Who knows if it's true but that bodes well for us in the same boat.

I'm still waiting on my email for 7+ 256gb gold, they gave me the 23rd but they told me over the phone 9/16 so all i can do is wait........
They were down a little while ago a D then came back without any changes. Maybe this time there will be changes.

I am sooooooo excited!!!! I just receive my email stating my device has shipped with the tracking #. I ordered right before 5am Est. iPhone 7 Plus 128 gb. I'm going to be a craze persons looking at my window every minute for the lil brown truck

People are just having fun. And some are rightfully annoyed because they spent what, at least for me, is a lot of money on a product that was expected to be here at launch.
We could've spent our money elsewhere and likely gotten the phone earlier. Sprint gave no indication when they took my order that I wouldn't be getting the phone till October. Now it's too late to make alternate arrangements. That's why people are annoyed.
I will agree with you on this point: Assuming it's genuine, people praying they'll get their phone or praying for others to get their phones is kind of nuts.
