It's not that deep
I've been wanting to cancel for a really long time. It's not just because of this whole iphone issue.
The waiting 5 hours on chat support, for them to tell me to call is what pissed me off, because I wasn't even chatting about the iphone. It was originally about them saying I never paid, when I had my receipt. & Why my bill says past due, when it's not due til the 25th.

So then when I FINALLY get to the 4th person on chat support, I asked to cancel my services and they can't because I just placed an order...

an order that won't ship until the 30th. Soooo i should have been able to cancel the order.

Man I've switched to Sprint at the beginning of the year and it has been nothing but a disappointment the entire time. I switched to save a few bucks but dude they rip you around every corner! Tell you one thing and get another. It may be one thing to be sold out but it's another to be the sole carrier just jacking this up. I've had every phone since the 3GS at launch and have never had an issue even with all the chaos. I've planned accordingly each time and this time.....well we all know how this crap is going.

I've been with Sprint since 2002. Never had any problems. Every carrier has been slammed by this release, and none of them will have much if any stock in stores. Chill out.

I received conformation this morning that my two iPhone 7 pluses (one gold 32 gig and a rose gold 128 gig) is preparing to ship! Sprint sent me an email and also UPS. I ordered the two phones on the 9th through the Sprint app at 9:14AM EST . The first email I got was telling me that they would be ready around the 30th.

This is actually just the latest issue. Last month they split my 4 phone lines into two bills and charged me for both. After 4+ hours over 5 calls they fixed it. All because I wanted to go from 15Gb to 20Gb. Straight up lied to on the phone by the guy on the other side of the world (which listen people need jobs everywhere and I'm cool with that. But when there is a miscommunication several times because neither one of us can communicate properly to the others there is an issue). Service sucks for me and the inability to talk and surf is like the 90's all over again lol when I was kid using my dad's beeper.

Some of you are acting like spoiled brats! Grow up! The world is not going to end because you won't get your precious iPhone tomorrow. The tantrums and entitled attitudes are ridiculous. Sprint said orders this launch were up 375 PERCENT over last year's. They are being SLAMMED. I'm sure all the other carriers are as well-Apple said Jet Black and the Plus models are completely sold out. Some of you need to take a seat and be glad you even had the opportunity to buy an expensive phone in the first place! You know your will arrive eventually and be worth the wait!

I didn't order until 7:30am on 9/9 due to technical issues. 7+ 256GB Rose Gold. I was given a 9/23 date and that was fine with me. I was surprised to get a tracking number today for delivery tomorrow, but if I hadn't, I wouldn't be having a tantrum, bashing Sprint or harassing CS or Sprint corporate. I would simply wait patiently and enjoy my 6S+ until it arrived. It's called adulting!

If placed online youll get express shipping free - Im looking at my account and emails now just realized so i assume... i could be wrong that ill get it tomorrow? Free 14.95$ ill take it just realized this

Also since upgrading my accounts been charged 534.64 -____- I still have to send my Rose Gold 6S plus back but still sick at just looking at the amount until i get credited

Don't worry, as long as your 6S is in decent shape (no cracks, working home button and no missing pieces), they'll wipe that charge.

Anybody get these charges on their Sprint account today? I assume they'll go away once you return your phone?

Yes they will, as long as your phone is in decent shape (no cracks, missing pieces or home button issues)

Sure yeah, I guess the people emailing the VP's and things yes, spoiled brats.

IDC when my Iphone gets here (EST 30th) Cool, fine. My 6s plus works like it's new. I'm happy sprint even let me upgrade cause I've only had this phone for 3 months lol.

My issue doesn't even involve the pre order unfortunately, so yes. I just want to cancel sprint. I'm over it.

Not completely true, I was an upgrade orderer and mine was processed by 3:06 AM EST

You're in the minority. Twitter was exploding with angry customers who couldn't pre-order because the site refused to display their current devices so they could pick the line they wanted to upgrade.

See, I don't think that's the right language (by them, not you). I don't think the carriers ever had them to sell. They shouldn't have listed them for sale online as launch day preorders.

They did have them to sell, my 7+ will be here tomorrow. I think the demand was just a lot higher than anyone expected.

There's absolutely NO way for anyone to tell you when your UPS guy will deliver. It depends on your area, your driver, how many deliveries he has, how big his route is, and unpredictable things like weather and traffic.

Yes. Other carriers are being slammed. Like it has been said ONE HUNDERED THOUSAND TIMES most people's issue was with the preordering experience as a whole. I had to wait longer for my 6 and was annoyed but it was my own fault. I can wait two weeks. Posts like this are redundant and not on the topic of this topic. Although to be fair some people are being whiny. I just voiced my ideas for improving the preorder process to corporate.

What if you signed the release waiver on your UPS account?
[doublepost=1473983953][/doublepost]

Then you're probably good. :) Although the driver is allowed to ignore the waiver at his/her discretion if they feel it is not safe to leave your package. I've had that happen when the shipper was stupid enough to ship an item in it's retail packaging, so it was obvious what it was, and once because it was raining and the driver ran out of plastic bags. I appreciated it both times.

Might be the wrong thread for you, because we're going to be bitching until the phones arrive.

No, they didn't. I was told by Sprint even the first person to order the model I paid for wouldn't receive it by launch. (256GB Plus Jet Black)
