What waiver?? Where do I find it? I have ups my choice but I don't see anything bout it requiring a signature. It gave me some options which includes having them leave the package at my back door, which I picked. Do I have to do the waiver thing??? Ok now I'm freaking out lol. UPS usually delivers late by me but watch the one day I want the package late, I'll get it early.

When I had five iphone 6S ship in one package it didn't need a signature. I don't think they require it from a google search.

No, they didn't. I was told by Sprint even the first person to order the model I paid for wouldn't receive it by launch. (256GB Plus Jet Black)

What part of my 7+ will be here tomorrow did you not understand? The Jet Black color in both versions was the one in highest demand. It doesn't mean no Plus models will be delivered on launch day.

Some of you are acting like spoiled brats! Grow up! The world is not going to end because you won't get your precious iPhone tomorrow. The tantrums and entitled attitudes are ridiculous. Sprint said orders this launch were up 375 PERCENT over last year's. They are being SLAMMED. I'm sure all the other carriers are as well-Apple said Jet Black and the Plus models are completely sold out. Some of you need to take a seat and be glad you even had the opportunity to buy an expensive phone in the first place! You know your will arrive eventually and be worth the wait!

I didn't order until 7:30am on 9/9 due to technical issues. 7+ 256GB Rose Gold. I was given a 9/23 date and that was fine with me. I was surprised to get a tracking number today for delivery tomorrow, but if I hadn't, I wouldn't be having a tantrum, bashing Sprint or harassing CS or Sprint corporate. I would simply wait patiently and enjoy my 6S+ until it arrived. It's called adulting!

I'm sorry, but that was a really dick thing to say. Just because you've had puppies and rainbows with Sprint, that doesn't mean everyone else has. It certainly doesn't mean that some of us have been treated particularly well. I can tell you that I have been treated like garbage. Lied to. They've [attempted] to charge me BS fees. Do you know how many times I've had to call corporate JUST to get someone to take me seriously? Or even listen to me? And I'm not a spoiled brat. So you can f-off for that one, jerk. I know I'm speaking collectively for a lot of people who have gone through the same, and I have no doubt that others have had it far worse. Get off your self-righteous, pious, happy little soapbox and let people vent their frustrations. Don't like them? Don't read them. Log into your UPS MyChoice account on your computer and you should be able to put a wavier on your account.

lol.. that night sucked.. i refreshed my sprint order page for about an hour or 2 .. .. so at around 130 - 2 am PST i guess ..

existing customer for about 20 years !!

What part of SPRINT TOLD ME there will be NO 256GB Jet Black Plus models delivered at launch do you not understand?

They should've told me that when I ordered -- that they had ZERO to sell for launch. It's not a launch day if you don't have the phone to ship.

I found it surprising, too, and asked for clarification when he said it.

I asked to begin with because I knew I had to be among the first people to order, since my order was processed a minute before the phone even went on sale.

It was somewhere under My Choice. I believe there was a little box to check somewhere around Driver Instructions

Not arguing, but what solution would you like to fix a problem like this?

All the other carriers, including Apple have inventory constraints on Jet Black. But, even if thats the truth, its irrelevant because you're on Sprint. So, if given a chance to do a do-over then what could you do different? Order at Best Buy? Order from Apple? Camp out at a store? And would your current hardware upgrade/trade-in plan allow that?

I'm not sure how far you've gone in trying to cancel the order but can't you just call in and tell them "forget it, I'll try my chances elsewhere!!!"? Because launch isn't until tomorrow so if you want to camp for a Jet Black then call in a cancellation and go for it.


(BTW. I have a Jet Black thats not being delivered either. A friend who switched to T-Mo using the trade-in promo. And a friend on the Apple iPhone Upgrade plan where they don't have stock for him to upgrade as promised. So the inventory issues with Jet Black isn't exclusive to Sprint. There just aren't enough out there.)
 
I placed an order yesterday for a silver 32 7 and I got a 4:10 EST email confirmation for my MB 7+ 128. Today I got an shipping confirmation for the silver 7 and the package is 3 pounds.

Do you all think they put it all in that one package? Seems pretty heavy for one phone.

What's your point? I was simply defending the people posting in this thread against those who said Sprint didn't misrepresent the phones' availability. In some instances they most definitely did. That's all I'm saying.

Obviously I'm trying a few different things to get the phone through alternate orifices (a Steve Jobs reference, for those who go deep with Apple). I hope I'll be canceling my order and moving on to AT&T, but we'll see.

Because they didn't tell me immediately that they didn't have the model I wanted available for launch, my options are limited -- and October, from Sprint might be my best choice (that's why I haven't canceled).

You're so busy frothing at the mouth you are unable to communicate properly. You kept saying Sprint had NO Plus models to sell, I said you're wrong because my 256GB Plus is coming tomorrow. Only now did you specify you meant Jet Black. I know you folks who ordered Jet Black think you are the center of the universe, but there are other colors too. Not my fault you weren't clear.

And I doubt Sprint was purposely misleading anyone. They probably had no clue themselves until Apple notified them.
