At this point I'm just not expecting anything to ship sooner than what my order status page is saying...

Ordered Matte Black 7+ 256G at around 430am Eastern on 9/9, originally I had a "ship by date" of 9/23 and that changed on Thursday night to "and will deliver 9/23-9/30 if ordered by 3PM CT on 9/16"

That's great! They have my phone (128 black 7+) at the store by my house! But I can't imagine there's any way to cancel the order and restore my eligibility at this point..

This frustrates me a bit. I preordered the day they went live and still don't have my phone yet but the same phone is possibly available to anyone who walks in at my local Apple Store. I hope this means all of us who ordered the MB 7 Plus will get something by next week at least.

Does anyone know if you can even choose the sprint installment plans if you purchase from apple? If I try to order online the only option it gives me is a 2 year contract price for sprint or apples installment plan??

I'm not sure how accurate this is, but I'm going to find out.

That is my exact order and my status says the same thing. I'm hoping for some movement this week.

I just tracked shipments to my area, there's 2 packages that are headed to my house. One is scheduled for delivery Monday and the other Tuesday, one box weighs 4lbs I'm praying that's my return kit and phone lol. I haven't gotten an email from Sprint but we all know how that goes

What's a good sign on UPS my choice that a package is yours when doing the reference thing. Where is the package suppose to be coming from, how much should it weigh? I got a lot of choices that popped up but not sure if one is my phone

I wasn't "up" per se but I definitely wasted valuable time that I could've been napping/websurfing/pretending to work messing around with that website for almost 2 hours. I'm just hoping it doesn't slip back anymore.

I think when you pre-order it your upgrade status goes away. You can call ajd have it reset but it's a long process. And from what I've read on reddit a very lengthy process

Resetting the upgrade takes a bit. I doubt you'd be able to cancel your order today and walkin even tomorrow.

May be better off just waiting.

When I go to that iStockNow site and fill out iPhone 7+ 128GB Black, and then click on one of the stores that says its available, it takes me to apple's website where they say I can get it shipped to me in 2-3 weeks. If thats what "available" means then I don't feel so bad.

You know that's such BS. It's a damn computer system. You either have an upgrade or you don't. This whole oh sorry you have to wait a week or whatever the computer feels like is ridiculous. So some dude can just stroll into a store and grab the phone but you "preorder" and get pushed to the back of the line...yeah that makes sense sprint. Of yeah and you want to go into an Apple Store and do it there? No sorry only we can take you old phone back. (I think that's what they were telling me).

Thanks for the heads up. I would be pissed if I did that and had to wait longer. It's like changing lanes in traffic in Office Space.
