Carrier iPhone 7/7+ Sprint Pre-Order Thread

Can I vent a little too? I just talked to a rep online, to see if my IN STORE preorder shows on my account anywhere. So I'd know it wasn't lost in the system somewhere. I of course was talking to someone who A. didn't answer my question without telling me an answer to something else first. Then B. told me my store would have exact delivery dates.. good grief a child knows that's not true. Then C. told me my phone, ordered at 10am on 9/9 would be delivered between 10/21- 10/28 (as if I had just ordered it). Sigh. she proceeded to argue with me that the black 7plus 128gb is in demand and that is when I'd get it. Funny that's not what anyone's status who ordered online says. Am I wrong?
I placed my order for two 128gb + iPhones on 9/10 (matte black & rose gold) - my bank account was processed and charged for for the tax & $100 per phone but my status has not changed. Still showing a ship date "by" 9/30 for both phones & the return kit.

Nah no need to cancel, i understand the pain of waiting. I remember when the iphone 6 came out and i preordered in-store and got it late. i literally called sprint store every single day to see if my phone came in But at the end of the journey you will get your phone. But sprint do need to hurry up i want my jb+ now....
Has no one received their iPhone through Sprint or gotten shipping confirmation yet? I ordered my 256 gb plus mb the evening of 9/9.
My apple.com order that I placed at 3:30 am EDT on 9/9 arrives tomorrow. 128 gb plus silver at&t. I'm trying a switch to Sprint to save 50% on my service, because the AT&T phones this year aren't compatible with CDMA and I can get the $650 credit with my wife's iPhone 6 trade in. I normally sell my iPhones so the non-CDMA thing is a big step back in my opinion. I'll return the AT&T phone as long as the Sprint service is ok in my area.

The concern isn't so much the waiting - it's that my iPhone 6 128 GB is losing value with every passing second. I'm not sure the carrier will give me that monthly reduction in the bill they originally said they would as so much time will pass.
I'm really sorry to have to break it to you, but you're not going to save much over AT&T at all. I'm serious, too. Just be ready for that. In fact, when I looked at Verizon's plans without a discount, they were cheaper than my Sprint plan with a discount. To top it off, Sprint's service is very poor.
Still nothing here either, JB+ 128gb. My order page still reads the same as it has since I ordered at 7:15am EDT on 9/9 - that it will ship by 10/7. How's that for vague. Haven't tried calling them bc I really don't think they have a clue. Online chat is conveniently never available when I visit the order page.
Worst part of all of this is, Direct Apple customers are probably gonna get treated better than people who ordered through carriers or retailers.

Only people with a plan from years ago get a "good" deal. Cheap, truly unlimited data.
My unlimited data plan was grandfathered in and I'm so grateful for it

I'm on one of those plans and if I were to switch to a newer plan, it would cost less, but not by much at all.

I'm more upset with myself than anybody else with this launch. I had a 6 plus and decided that I wanted to try the Note 7 that I had heard so much about. It was an ok phone (besides the possibility of explosion) but I definitely wanted my iPhone back. When the recall happen I took it as my chance to go back to iPhone. So I returned the phone with the intent to camp out at Apple since preorders were already open and I thought it was my best chance of getting one on launch day. Of course that didn't work out since there were no 7 pluses available for walk ins.
Now I had to place an order on the 15th and my order status says it will deliver by the 23rd-30th. I am having to go without a phone at all because I sold my 6 plus when I bought the Note and I don't have any others laying around right now.
Order a 7 plus 32gb in silver (wanted matte black but that wait would have been too long to go without any phone considering my job is on call). No info up on UPS either.

I have not gotten any new info on my order as of Friday and I ordered the exact same.kit as you did.
I ordered on 9/9 at around 4:30am EST when the site finally came up for me. Ordered JB 128 iPhone 7+ but I called on 9/14 to cancel my order, which it took a few minutes but he did and reset my upgrade. Soooo, I ordered a MB 256 7+ instead. Today I got excited to see a shipment notification in my email. But it was for the return kit from my CANCELLED order. I'm due to be delivered between 9/23-9/30 even after reordering on the 14th.
