Yea, but it means that Apple are already exceeding their expected delivery estimates! I know it would be good to see UK specific movement, but this gives me a shred of hope! :D

Just had 2 pending transactions from Apple (Luxemburg) for £1 and £8.99 on my Amex card. Usually its for store purchases but I havent purchased anything??? Weird

Haha you described exactly how I use mine too! When I sit down to work on my computer, I rest the device on the case! :cool::)

Just a note, the Independent (Newspaper) reviewer noted he didn't have any problems with scratching/marks. Makes me wonder what do these American Media Outlet reviewers do with their phones :eek::rolleyes:

Oh no! Really? That sucks :( so it was his Watch not his Phone
 
Before the 7 was announced, I was torn between a black one and a white one. I ordered a Jet Black one because it was a brand new finish, but I've bailed on it amid the reviews of it looking a bit tacky. I'm not so precious over my devices that I expect them to stay pristine for their lifetime. I wasn't too worried about the scratch thing because I'd have it in a case; I had a black 5 and the scratches that got didn't bother me. But I thought seeing as I was torn in the first place, I'll play it safe and have ordered a Silver one. Also, the last white iPhone I had was the 4S, so it'll feel nice and fresh! I hope the other JBers out there are happy with their phones; I'm looking forward to seeing one in person!

Well looks like I'm going to store to pickup my gold plus and cancelling my matte black pre order from the website.

No change in delivery date (27-29th Sept)
No phone on my support profile
No activity on my bank account

I was that person too! Had Sena slip cases for my iPhone 4 and 5 before going for an official leather case for my 6 and 6S.

You may still get charged for the case. It's not unusual to get charged for items after dispatch and even delivery. Then again you might get lucky.

Yea :/ although there is a guy in that thread from Europe that has had his card charged for his phone, so maybe that still means movement? Holding on to hope right now...

My Apple Watch Series 2 is preparing for despatch. It went to that status earlier today.
 
Could it be that Apple rushed the launch availability of the plus to capitalise on disillusioned Note 7 owners/buyers? But in reality they don't have enough available?
Or am I too cynical?

The Plus has always been very limited at launch since it was first announced. I got my 6 Plus 2 weeks after launch, 6s Plus, almost a month after! That was preordering at 8 for all of them. I just don't think they've quite yet mastered making big phones :rolleyes::p

I know of at least 1 claim to be getting a JB 7+ from EE on Friday, looks to me like Apple shafted all those buying direct to feed Carriers.
