I'm not as excited as I have been for the last two years this time. I really think I am going to miss the headphone jack. Is it just me that thinks that a headphone jack is more important than this supposed extra 3d touch feature? 3d touch is good as it is. But maybe they will surprise me with new features and make me excited again.

I also feel that they should have switched to USB C cause then it would mean that if somebody buys a pair of headphones they won't be Apple specific.

Use the code extra5 to add 5% to the monetary value

After about 10-12 days without sending your phone, they email asking you if you want to lock yourself in for another week from the end of the 14 day period. You just have to confirm the extension in the email

Ah brilliant. Thanks for that.

Ye thats what I did but the code doesn't seem to work. It adds 5% in the basket but then after you get the confirmation email the 5% isn't included

The same thing happen to me, so I contacted Envirofone and they said the discount is added after they've recived your device. They confirmed the discount was showing on my account, just not on the email.

Hope this helps.

Just put mine through envirofone again using the link above and finally got it to accept the code. Brought the total up from £451 to £480 for my unlocked 128GB 6s plus so thanks for that. Every little helps!

Just wanted to get a thread out for preorders made by Uk residents! Currently have an iPhone 6 Plus but preordered through Vodafone for it, this time I'll be going through Apple as I get a discount on Apple products through my work.

Sold my Galaxy Note 7 last week to fund buying a iPhone 7 Plus outright, so just wanted to hear other people's plans and hopefully people's updates as they go through the exciting/nerve wrecking experience of preordering for release day delivery!

Just wondering what made you choose to return the Note 7 and hold out for the iPhone. I wanted the Note 7 but am seeing what tomorrow brings probably.

I've had androids previously but after two years with an iPhone I've just gotten very used to iOS, I just couldn't get along with the android and touch wiz OS so I've decided to switch back to Apple

Did you lose much on selling the Note 7? Couldn't you have returned it for full refund?

It didn't cost me anything as it was an upgrade and got £700 for it, kept the sim from the upgrade and I'll just buy an iPhone outright and keep using the contact

Are envirophone the type of company who say £480 for grade A, but then you send it to them and then they say "no sorry its a Grade B"?

I used them one year and the price they'd quoted was revised because of a mark somewhere on my phone.

You can contest and receive the handset back but obviously prices elsewhere will be lower by then.

But I've (touchwood) usually been happy with them as a whole.

Ok thanks, do you know if I have to send off the accessories as well like the earphones, charger and plug?

Pre-orders will probably go up on the Friday or Saturday. According to a well know leaker, Evan Blass he says the actual release date will be the 16th, but only a week later seems short, if Apple are indeed having supply issues, wouldn't it make more sense for the release to be the 23rd?

I have just agreed to sell my 16gb 5s to Music Magpie for £110, but do not have to send it to them for 28 days giving me enough time to get my new iPhone first.

I will be preordering my iPhone through CPW in order to get my staff discount. I think I shall get the 128gb Black iPhone 7. That should be a huge upgrade over my 5s!

The 3 phones I've sold with them have always got full price, my girlfriend sold a Samsung S4 that had a big scuff on the bottom where she dropped it yet still got full quoted price... So dunno about that. I thought as long as the phone worked 100% cosmetic marks didn't matter, a cracked screen for example isn't classed as cosmetic though.

I've just locked my 6 in with Music Magpie too although I was under the impression it was only a 14 day period for sending the phone in. After that this link suggests that they have the right to revalue the item, correct me if I'm wrong...

Just got my 6 64GB locked in at £271 for 10 days or £254 for 14 days (my wife is getting my 6s). I may go a couple of days without a phone but that will pay for maybe 40% of the new one :)
