Absolute joke from Apple. I ordered ag 8:04am. It was the very instant the Apple Store app allowed access and it was ordered via Apple Pay seconds later.

Why the hell is everyone and their dog 20th to 22nd and I'm 27th.

I sound like a spoiled kid sure but I literally see no one else with that ship date. Especially for being 4 minutes after orders opening.

Exactly the same date here for delivery.

I don't need sympathy just to know I can maybe return it to JL but I have stuck it on eBay anyway haha. And meh if they moan they moan it's just giving insight to those who couldn't decide plus to normal. Plus for smaller hands just really isn't an every day phone

I sent my phone - they offered me £340 but on inspection £288

Due to 'slight marks' on the screen. I called and asked how they graded - if there's ANY mark they grade it as B stock immediately - NO if's or buts.

You won't get £400 unless you're sending them a new phone. Take about 50-60 quid off that and it's more like what you'll get.

I can't decide if I should take their offer of £288. on Ebay they are selling for £350 or so but with the fees and other nonsense I'll be about 10 quid richer and can't be bothered with the faff.

I sent my iphone off to them 6s plus 64gb and was offered £4oo for it. I really thought I wouldn't get that but I received the money in my bank on Thursday.

Don't really want to bother engaging in why you chose that model over any others as its seems like you revel in the attention, but there's others on here who are still waiting (myself included) and might not get their phone until next month.

The Plus model takes some getting used to. I have fairly large hands and the Plus caused me some initial discomfort when I got the 6 Plus two years ago. However, after a week or so I got used to it, and now I couldn't imagine going back to a smaller screen.

I'm not sure what the return window for John Lewis is, but I imagine it's at least 2 weeks. I'd recommend keeping the Plus until then, see if it grows on you, and then decide if you want to return it - stock of other 7 models should be improved by then anyway, so you might be able to get a Jet Black 7 without much hassle.

I am assuming it will be tbh! I reckon it'll go live after 6.05am or something. The last one went live for me at like 10 minutes after, and for some 5 minutes and some a few. All luck really. Dunno how to maximise my chances of getting it to work first

It took me a few days to get used to it. I'm moving back down to this size this time round but I've used the plus for an entire year and it's a good phone! Just wanted a bit more portability after an entire year with the plus.

Have you actually set up and used the phone? If so let me know if John Lewis do take it back
