Absolute joke normal site for reservations didn't load up for me....just checked the ipp link above and no 7 pluses at all at my local Apple Store. To make it even worse my 128gb JB 7 plus on order is still showing processing with a delivery date of 26/9-3/10!! Despite having an 8.05am confirmation!!

Yeah - but if you go to your Apple order page and press the "Track Delivery" button it does indeed say "carrier : TNT Express International" ...BUT.....under "Delivery Service" it says " Standard Shipping" - so I guess how long does "Standard Shipping" take? - I have tried using the shipping reference number on the tracking part of the TNT web site - but it does'nt show up as a valid number yet (not unusual - probably won't register until its had its first scan at a TNT location) - when this has happened before (other product launches - IPad Pro for example) Apple's "Despatched" notification has always been a bit optimistic - and its been several days before the existence of the shipping has even been acknowledged by the shipper ?? Guess we will see!
I was tempted just to reserve a 7 until the black 7+ 128 becomes available as I'm fed up of using an iPhone 5 since I sold my 6s.
However, I think it will take away from the excitement once I do manage to get hold of the 7+. Guess it's 6am every morning from here on out.

Sales are supposedly lower because of next year potentially being a big one, no major changes this year yet once again here we are
And it's the same with watches - 'available in store from the 16th' except it isn't and was never going to be according to staff

i had someone from their Executive team call me telling me that everything would be resolved by today and i should drop him an email. I've fired one off to him saying its been yet another wasted day

checked every single store, not one single one had jet black. yesterday every retailer i asked (apple, JL, EE, etc) said its sold out until november. meanwhile im still stuck on processing items 26th-3rd 128GB JB 7
You checked too late, Exeter, Bromley and I think Norwich had blacks showed as available (didn't check sizes, but plus and 7)

well i haven't had a plus and quite like the normal size, but think i want the plus.
its just as it is my phone is unusable and i have no way of using a spare phone. my battery lasts around 30 mins or less when not charging before it dies, so i do quite urgently need one.
You'll be fine for a few more days. Those of us waiting for Plus units will get them sometime this week, I can feel it. That's what several of us have been told by Apple execs over the past week too.
I was told in Meadowhall that they were getting an order of 140 units today but no idea of the config of the units

In that case yes I agree - there wasn't a single unit available That I saw and the page loaded at 6am for mei know blacks were available, im referring specifically to JET blacks
I called them earlier this week as I managed to get their offer of £450 + 5% for my iPhone 6S Plus 128GB. They said that once time runs on your offer you will be sent an email extending that offer for a final 7 days more. Luckily for me that helps as my iPhone will be arriving next week.
only off putting thing is online it still says Dispatched: 2-3 weeks which makes me think it could be that long of a wait still.
