Wtf?! I knew their prices were too good to be true. Their website said they'll give you what they quote on there! Did you mention that? It's their 'price guarantee'.

Edit: Yah, I just went to check and it says their 'Price Promise' is that they pay the full amount quoted.

I was gonna go with Music Magpie cause they're offering more than anyone, but after that post I don't think I'll bother. I think Mazuma have a notice on their site which says they'll always give the advertised quote and they don't deduct for cosmetic damage. The MM quote was only slightly higher than theirs so maybe I'll just go with Mazuma.

Someone said earlier that GAME was good & easy, I'll be trying them if I need to go to Plan B.

Meh. Mazuma are only offering £5 less than Music Magpie and I can deal with that I think. Gonna put a sell order in now. Hopefully the last time I'll have to deal with this sort of thing as switching to the Upgrade Program.

Mine is coming from O2 business, so not as quick as a personal order. Was sent friday evening for Monday delivery.. eager to receive! iPhone 7 128gb Jet black. Free upgrade. Leather case already bough from Apple :)

Anyone know if there are any resell websites doing special deals? Mazuma and Envirofone have been known to offer extra for phones around the time of iPhone launch.

I think I'm the only person with a delivery date of 22-26 Sep (I had a first batch JB 128GB 7 on order, but changed my mind on the 13th and ordered it in silver instead. Missed out on getting it yesterday by a day I think)

Hey guys! I checked my order status and it said that it's awaiting payment. My card for sure has enough funds and is the correct card linked to my account. Anyway, i tried changing my details to be safe and it kept on saying that my card details couldn't be updated. I also tried my master card and it said the exact same. I refreshed the Apple Store app and it went back to 'processing'. Do you think it was just a glitch? I'm worried as my card hasn't been charged and my order hasn't changed from 'processing'. It says that i should be getting my phone between 20-22nd September but no change in order status and my card hasn't been charged.
It's your bank probably doing fraud prevention. Mine did the same last week. I had to get my bank to authorise it and then the payment went through. Unless you paid using Apple Pay as some people on here are having some problems. I think there might be some problems at Apple's end in which case you should speak to Apple.

CPW offered me £300 for my iPhone 6s 64GB, whereas Mazuma offered me £350. I'm tempted to go with the lower offer from CPW though just for my own peace of mind that there'll be no sudden offer reductions due to "damage".

Yes better to do that.

Apple sent my phone off to repair, dead pixels. Once its back im going to take the box down with me and accessories and pop in to Game and carphone and whoever pays higher im giving it in. Dont want to mess with Mazuma again plus its already cost me £7.25 for RMSD and thats what ill have to pay again if sending

I tried to look on the Game site after seeing another comment about them here but couldn't find a quote for a 6, only a 6s, but I'll have a look again in a minute on my laptop instead of my phone. Thanks

Did you cosider CEX or selling on gumtree. gumtree is a ball ache with the hassle of meeting someone/someone coming to your house and 'scoping it out'. Would get a lot more though.

Might pop in CPW and see what they offer for a 6s plus 128gb.

Didn't know they sold second hand phones. They really have sunk low.

Anyway I looked and for my phone, they say 'at least' £330. Mine still has 6 months warranty, used as second phone, its MINT, in official apple leather case from day one, never dropped and not a single mark on screen. I would expect £400 for that! Will have to barter with a manager I imagine. Anyone have experience of this?

Carphone warehouse should give you £440. That's what I got for my 6S plus 128GB. It looks brand new still. There was no bartering. All they wanted to see is if it would turn on and if the buttons worked and that was it simple. Game only wanted to give me £310! The phone was still in the box and they hadn't even seen it. And cex say £330 on their website so I went with Carphone warehouse.

Alas! Mine is but a 6 Plus 16GB so the average price is £230 for unlocked and decent condition. I've put in a sell order with Mazuma but still shopping around. Not really willing to go with Game as they want the box (which I like to keep for all my Apple devices past and present) and they'd consider my device to be 'B' grade which is £240. They offer £280 for as-new 6 Plus units tho, which is not too shabby at all! Unfortunately mine has just enough dings and scratches to be considered 'B' grade.

Edit: Just checked CW, they're offering more for people who bought their iPhone from CW. Otherwise quote is exactly the same as Mazuma.

Brilliant information, thank you very much!

I will get them up to £460 then :D

I know game don't make sense. They offered my only £310 for my 6S plus 128GB and they hadn't even seen it as it was in the box. So I just walked out and went back to CPW. I got to keep my box and all the accessories. They only wanted the phone.

Where does Game get off offering £310 for it when CPW gave you £440?? Crazy. This is why they are constantly on the verge of going out of business. Their whole business model is a joke, they are greedy. I know they have shop overheads but come on. I got Dirt Rally for the PS4 from amazon for £35 and game charged £50! I know they have overheads but £15 more? If they sold things slightly more but kept competitive they would sell MORE. In theory.

Then again what do I know, i run a small business which is a different market so maybe I know nothing.

I've just started up the process with Mazuma as they were offering the best price for my 6s Plus 64GB at £390 - CPW is the same price. CEX is a complete joke (less than £300).

Wish I had sent if off before as I saw the price was a fair bit higher before the keynote, but hey my phone is a bit delayed - on 20-22 but still stuck on preparing for dispatch?

Last year I sent mine off 3 weeks before the keynote and was stuck with an android phone. It was the worst thing ever :D
