I'd like to know the answer to this as well. The instore reservation was only accessible through the upgrade programme link. I assume on the day you can just buy it rather than sign up for the upgrade programme ?Do you have to do the upgrade programme. Can't I just go in and pay outright?
It does the same for me, however the order shows up in the App on the phone.I can see mine. Looks like your order may not have gone through properly.
Yeah, I noticed this, hopefully it just requests payment on the day instead of immediately taking out of the account.

I think so? I ordered the "silver" which looks like a frosted matte to me for my rose gold iPhoneSo is the case clear? And if I want a black 7+ do I click black for the car then order or do i click white ?
I remember for the 6+ launch, the app store didn't come up for a lot of people straight away.. I missed the launch day phones and then had 1-2 weeks IIRC... it actually shipped much sooner than that and I had it the following Monday!

Ya same here, my payment didn't go through coz of stupid app didn't like any of my billing address/shipping address and rest... had to re-enter them with the same details and worked?That's the same as mine, and I was on as soon as the page come up!
