Seems the reserve procedure has changed this year. They are requiring your money NOW instead of when you pick up the phone in-store.
No, you can reserve for instore pick up but you have to go via the upgrade programme link. What's not clear is that on the day whether you can purchase outright or ypu have to join the upgrade programme. I'm in two different parts of the country next Friday so have reservations at two stores, but I want to buy it outright not through the upgrade programme.
 
At the moment I've got both. I plan to cancel the order that I placed earlier that I had to put payment details in for just in case (because it makes me nervous that £819 might suddenly disappear). I guess worse case I can just refund it in store when I do my upgrade programme collection.
I've got 3 orders now. One for delivery on the 16th. One for inshore pick up on the 16th with the app and I out in my payment details and one using the upgrade programme link. I don't want to use the upgrade programme though, I just want to pay outright. I'm not sure if I will be able to stay in all day for delivery so I wanted to order one for delivery and one for in store pick up as I'll know by Monday which option I'm going for. When I had to put in my payment details for instore pickup I got confused hence having 2 in store pick up orders!
 
I had to wait 2 weeks for the black but my local store has silver for pick up on the 16th so went for that... Colours just a colour.

The non plus has good availability, the Plus models have already sold-out that is why the Plus ones aren't available to reserve, they have already gone!
 
Which network has the best prices this year?

O2 seems reasonable. Vodafone not too bad (I went with Vodafone as they have the best roaming offers). Three are expensive considering their network is slow. EE plans suck.

IMO of-course.
 
I was trying to Pick up my iPhone at store but there was no option :S Got to queue up next week and the best friend won't be happy lol I might end up queueing on my own 3 hours away from the caravan we have lol

Yes both phones said 16th delivery.

I didn't think they can change your order without cancelling and generating a new one first....

The guy on chat (Francis) said I could place a new order and cancel the current one or he can change it for me. First time I've ever had to change an order so no idea if this has changed.

EDIT: Just got email confirmation that my order quantity has successfully been changed.

I guess this year, more than ever before, you can see the difference. And, IMHO, if you're coming from a 6s, the 7 would be a huge upgrade

£0 upfront, £60.99/month gets you Unl mins, 25GB data (Max plan).

EE are also offering an Annual Upgrade Tariff for £65.99/month that's £0 upfront for upgrading customers with Unl mins and 25GB data on their 'Max' plan.

Hmmm.
 
iPhone 7 Plus 128GB for delivery 4th to 10th October.

I'm rather annoyed because I had both the iPad app and website open. iPad app shows no problem before 8am, but then suddenly when the iPhone 7 is out, I am told that I need to update to iOS 9 for the app to work... Needless to say I had to wait on the website for ten or so minutes.

If I go to the Apple Store will it be possible to get it before October?
 
Well that was painful with O2. Had my 256GB silver 7s plus in the basket at 8.02 and then it all went wibble. Just completed my order and now up to 2 weeks. I was on their "free upgrade" tariff but did an upgrade without waiting to a) get a device and b) because envirofone will give me 480 for my 6s plus which more than settles my device plan.

Now the wait is on.....
 
Anyone gone to processing order on the status page? I will feel safe when I get to that stage as you know your card company hasn't declined the payment!

Not yet...just "received order".....this is the thing I'm dreading....I even phoned bank last night to say don't block any big payments tomorrow!! So they better not lol

Regarding the camera's, is the wide-angle camera on the PLUS the same as the one-and-only camera in the regular model, it's just missing the telephoto lens?
 
Looks like pickup is card payment up front. I guess to stop the cash buying scalpers who now need to take their chances in the queue.

Most are sold out for delivery but pickup is still on the 16th.
